I have been teaching cooking classes and working as private chef now for more than 9 years .My aim is to guide you through an amazing immersion experience alla about Italian food.

You will have detailed notes about the ingredients ( which flours, sugar etc)

You will improve your cooking skill with the help of a professional cooking instructor

You will discover Italian traditions and my personal heritage talking about real Mediterranean diet, seasonal and sustainable food choices.

You will be surprised by discovering that you can live the Tuscan countryside just 15 minutes driving from Florence - Porta Romana. This is intended to be a very personalized intimate experience, there are a maximum of 6 guests allowed! You will find a large kitchen with fresh and seasonal ingredients ready for you! The food is made from scratch so the lesson will be completely hands-on. We will finish the experience eating the fruits of our labour, accompanied with good wine. The entire experience takes about 3 hours

What a nice experience! Antonella (chef) and Riccardo (chef #2) were lovely. They explained everything very clearly while we made pasta, main course and dessert ourselves. It was a delicious true Italian 3 course meal that we enjoyed eating on the patio with a view over the Tuscan hills. Highly recommendable!

If I could give Antonella 10 stars, I would! The class was fantastic! We loved how intimate the setting was, how informative and encouraging Antonella was. She really made us feel comfortable and like we were doing a good job, which only helped us whip up amazing pastas! We are already planning a return trip to Italy and a return trip to Antonella!

We had a wonderful time in this cooking class! Antonella and her husband Ricardo welcomed us into their home and were so gracious with their hospitality. Antonella is a very patient and helpful teacher, and we learned so much about making pasta and cooking in general. It was fun getting to be so hands on with making the pasta and then getting to enjoy the meal in their Tuscan home. This was a true highlight of our trip!

We had a wonderful time during our cooking class with Antonella! She and her husband Ricardo welcomed us into their home and were so gracious with their hospitality. We loved getting to learn so much about how to effectively make pasta, and it was fun being completely hands on with making the meals. Antonella was very patient and kind in her teaching style. We came out of it feeling very capable to make pasta on our own. This was a wonderful memory from our trip!

We did a cooking class with Antonella while we were on our honeymoon and had an incredible meal and learned so much! Both the ravioli we made and the taglioni were delicious! The olive oil cake was simple but so good and easy to make we can't wait to recreate our meal at home! We had such a great time and Antonella was so warm and welcoming, would definitely recommend!

Words cannot describe how marvelous this cooking class was. Not only were we enraptured by the experience of cooking in the Florentine hills, but Antonella was absolutely phenomenal! We feel as though we made a dear friend for life! She was incredible personable, patient and funny! it was as though we went to dine with a friend. Antonella has an incredible gift. The meal was outstanding, the scenery spectacular and the company unmatched. Thank you Antonella! We can't wait to visit again!

Antonella's cooking class was an unforgettable part of our trip to Florence that my friends and I will cherish for years to come! She came highly recommended by another friend who had visited recently - I couldn't have been more happy with the experience and will be eagerly recommending it myself. The morning of, we packed into our Fiat, and thirty minutes later we were on the beautiful grounds of her Tuscan home. Antonella had provided us with sample menus of three dishes we could prepare together - we chose lemon and ricotta ravioli, gorgonzola gnocchi, and a fruit tart. She's a master at what she does - so knowledgable, all while being so warm and passionate about sharing her gifts with others. It was lovely getting to know her over the course of the class as well as her husband Riccardo, who assisted her along the way. To finish, we shared our lunch together over wine, with beautiful views of her yard and the rolling hills. She sent us the recipes we learned afterwards, so that we can recreate these dishes in our own homes. The phrase "enter as strangers, leave as friends" really came to my mind at the end of it all - Antonella is such a lovely host and teacher, I felt then and still feel such fondness for her and these wonderful memories that we have her to thank for.

The experience was fabulous! Private cooking lesson with a kind, generous, friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome private chef. The drive up through the countryside was crazy wonderful then the lesson was simple and easy to follow. Finally, we enjoyed a dinner together with some amazing wine. Could not ask for a better time. An experience never to be forgotten. Thank you Antonella 🤗

A visit to Tuscany is not complete without a cooking class from Antonella. My husband and I decided to attend her vegetarian cooking class. Antonella is so patient, she not only shared her professional techniques but ensured that each student mastered the making of fresh pasta and biscotti. The appetizer and other courses would also be loved by non-vegetarians. All of this plus Antonella’s wonderful personality which kept the conversation easy and open. Whatever your dietary preferences are, make sure to schedule one of Antonella’s classes. We have been to Italy several times and this was an experience we will never forget and highly recommend.
