5.00Verona is beautiful. We had a lovely day with our friendly guide, Diana. We learned a little history, had a coffee, some treats, a delicious pasta lunch, and tasted 2 local wines. You may want to know that the funicular ticket included only takes you up to the top, not down. If you don't want to/can't take the stairs down after a few hours of walking, then you have to buy a 2 euro ticket to come down.

4.00This was a small group tour which was definitely needed because the tour guy did not use a microphone at all and she was a low speaker. I would suggest speaking up a little bit more so everybody could hear but otherwise it was a great tour filled with delicious food so go starving when you get there. We learned a lot about the city And at the end we did a cable car ride and that's where the tour ended. You have to be mobile because you have to walk down the mountain as the cable car is only one way up. As for wine, we had a small glass of wine with lunch and then we had a short wine tasting with two tastes of wine.
