Minimum age for participants is 6 years old. Each participant must be declared at the time of booking. We cannot accommodate undeclared clients, including babies or children under 6 years old. Reservations will be canceled without compensation in such cases.

Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.

The other aspects of the experience were fantastic and so easy. Hotel pick up and drop off was a breeze. Great overview of Versailles especially in the heatwave! Just the right amount of time.

5.00This was actually a great tour. We were in a semi private group. My wife and I were picked up from the hotel in a Mercedes van by Christophe and transported to Versailles which is where we joined up with the other 4 members of the group. We arrived a little earlier than the start of the tour. Instead of just waiting around Christophe drove us for a tour of the town of Versailles with very knowledgable commentary. He was under no obligation to do this and it really stood out! After this excursion we could not wait to start our formal guided tour. Our guide was Nefi. She has a great deal of expertise of the French monarchy and in every room she had stories to tell. She pointed out facts about Louis XIV, XV and XVI which we were not aware of and gave us a broader perspective of Marie Antoinette. This made me go later to the Place de la Concorde to see the spot where she was executed. Nefi also gave us an overview of the vast gardens of Versailles. It was a very hot day but we were able to spend some time walking about the garden. Overall we were impressed by the whole package. Great driver and great guide made for us a memorable trip to Versailles!
