2.00The tour guide on the bus was not good and once we got to Versailles it was worse. I barely understood her. The tour company used was not worth the amount of money paid.
Difficult to hear guide and overcrowded.

2.00Our two other tours arranged through Viator were exceptional, but this one fell far short. There were three contributing factors... 1. The tour guide's high pitched voice combined with heavy French accent made her English VERY difficult to understand; 2. The sound equipment used seemed sub-standard compared to our other tours. Sound was lost with the slightest movement of the guide's head but picked up a lot of ambient noise, again contributing to us missing much of what she was saying; 3. The Palace was allowing FAR too many people inside at any one time. Movement between rooms was extremely crowded and slow, and frankly scary. Supporting how unsatisfactory this tour was, several people handed over their sound equipment early and proceeded on their own. The gardens were beautiful but we only had 1 hour remaining to see them following the palace tour and a quick sandwich. The recommendation for the garden tour alone is 2-1/2 hours.

1.00We went at the Pullman hotel to find that the meeting point was changed. My booking said it was at the Pullman hotel. No one had contacted me about it. I will escalate this with Viator for their lack of customer service.

3.00Too much detailed history for me . Gardens were very nice. Very confusing when trying to find our return bus. Better way to identify the bus is needed.

4.00Versailles was incredibly tight with large crowds which was a distraction and concern that the potential presence of pickpockets brought into the mix.
