Good tour but seemed disorganized

4.00The tour started late. Our guide seemed flustered at the start but when we started the tour, she was good at explaining the history of the rooms in the palace. She was funny and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her candor. Since we started late, there was not enough time to explore the gardens which came with our ticket. Also, we had to line up on our own at the gardens, it would have been better if we were led to the entrance since there were already a lot of people lining up. Tour seemed a bit disorganized as the bus back also came in a little late.

2.00Versailles 10/10 the tour company was not attentive the bus tour guide was very bad didn’t advise us on anything about Versailles gave us 0 information on what even Versailles was the bus would just take off terrible tour company ……..the guide inside Versailles she was knowledgeable but had a very heavy accent and the microphones were terrible I hardly heard anything just very disappointed.

2.00The tour guide on the bus was not good and once we got to Versailles it was worse. I barely understood her. The tour company used was not worth the amount of money paid.
