5.00The tour was just about the right length. We loved being escorted from Paris to Versaille. We then had all the time we wanted to explore the gardens after our tour of the castle. It was perfect!

5.00Melanie's small stories for each room was super helpful in understanding the historical reference of the palace. The Palace itself is breathtaking especially the Hall of Mirrors. This was worth the train ride out, walk through all the rooms and spending time through the garden. Melanie provided great instructions and expectations of the day This tour was well worth every penny and minute. Don't miss this and ask for Melanie. You will not be disappointed.

3.00It was a good overview of the palace but left out a lot of rooms and historical facts. Veronika was knowledgeable but seemed a bit rushed and could be a bit sweeter in her approach with the group.

5.00Martin was ver pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the palace of Versailles. He took his time giving us extensive background on the history of the palace, of the rooms we visited and of the art. We never felt rushed at all. Versailles is a must see and this tour group will make sure it is a memorable day for you.

5.00The palace is pretty crowded, so patience is required. There is very little air flow inside the palace, so it can get warm.

4.00The guide Wei was really good. On meeting near the train he explained how to use the cards and gates for people who were unsure and waited until everyone had entered the station before following. On Platform waited and ensured everyone was in the same carriage. The walk to the Palace wasn't far from the train. He pointed out landmarks to ensure everyone knew how to get back to the train. Pointed out various places to eat. The tour through the palace was amazing. Wei was extremely knowledgeable and knew where to place the group in each room so we could see everything but not be in the way of other people visiting. (Other tour guides were not doing this). The Palace is crowded so having Wei give clear instructions on where to stand to see was appreciated. He pointed out special pieces and allowed us to view and ask questions. End of the tour we were all given tickets to the gardens to explore. Ensured everyone was okay and ended the tour. Definitely recommend.
