The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included
Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
The Palace tour lasts 1.5 hours, but add 30 minutes for tickets and security checks.

1.00We showed vouchers and were unable to join the tour at 9:40 this morning. You destroyed our day. I expect a full refund and expenses incurred.

5.00Our guide, Anne-Sophie was fantastic! The meeting point is easy to find. The Get Your Guide Office is right across the street from the train station (Versailles Rive Gauche). The office is to the right of McDonalds. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff there as well. Anne-Sophie made French history come alive as she explained different points of interest in each room. She navigated the crowds flawlessly and provided headphones so we could all hear well. She answered all of our questions and even encouraged them. We freely explored the gardens and Trionons after (as we booked the garden ticket that included them). It’s a very vast estate so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. I had about 20,000 steps that day and that’s with using the “petit train”that goes between the palace and the Trionons. Thank you for a great tour, Anne-Sophie!

5.00Having a guide explain/describe the construction of Versailles Palace is necessary to appreciate its place in French and world history. We also enjoyed walking the gardens with an experienced guide to explain the design/use by the King Louies. Amazing day!!

5.00This was a very comprehensive tour. So wonderful!! The fact that our tickets came with the tour (gardens and palace) was HUGE and the limited number of tourist (16) was just perfect! Our tour guide, Nathan, was so knowledgeable and could answer any questions I directed his way.

5.00Our guide Ruben was spectacular, giving us immensely important historical context the entire tour. Understanding the significance and purpose of each room turned a series of mega-opulent spaces into a meaningful walk through the lives of French kings and queens. Loved the personal earpiece too.
