The Big Tree
Standing over 1,000 years old, the Big Tree is a massive baobab located just outside Victoria Falls town. Measuring more than 20 meters high and nearly 22 meters around, it’s one of the largest and oldest trees in Zimbabwe. Travelers can admire its sheer size, learn about the cultural and ecological significance of baobabs, and capture memorable photos beside this natural giant. The Big Tree is often included as a short stop on the way to or from the Falls—a quiet moment with one of Africa’s most iconic species. 5.00Great walk through the park. It was amazing to see the falls from that view after having done Devils pool on the Zambia side. Our guide, Locks, was very kind and knowledgeable. It was great to have an opportunity to chat with a true local about Zimbabwe history. Thanks Locks! Michelle and Ben

5.00Locks was an amazing guide. She was always looking for me, explaining every aspect of the falls from the Zimbabwe side and could answer every question I asked. She also took my pictures and helped me to fins my souvenirs. She also help me to book my helicopter and rafting tour. I fully recommend her. She takes care of you not only as a guide but as a mother too

5.00It was an amazing experience to meet Vic Falls with the Locks! She picked me up from the airport until she left me at the border, arranged tours also in the neighboring country, left me very safe and confident, because I was traveling alone. I have already recommended it to many friends who are going in this direction.
