A sunset cruise on the Zambezi River is an unforgettable experience ideal for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing activity during their visit to Africa. This natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe offers stunning views of the African landscape as well as the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife such as elephants, hippos, and crocodiles. As the sun sets over the river, guests can enjoy a sundowner while listening to the sounds of the African bush and taking in the breathtaking scenery. The cruise typically lasts for two hours and is a great way to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty of one of Africa's greatest rivers. We start the pick ups at 3pm depending on the number of guests we have for the cruise. Our cruise starts at 4pm and finishes between 6pm and 6:30pm.

5.00We had an unforgettable experience with African Fairytale Tours during our trip to Zimbabwe. They organized a perfect package for us, including a safari in Hwange National Park, a guided tour and helicopter flight over Victoria Falls, a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, and a traditional dinner at The Boma. Everything—from transportation and accommodations to meals—was seamlessly arranged, making it incredibly easy for us to enjoy the adventure without any stress. This was ideal for us, as we wanted to experience as much as possible in the time we had, without the hassle of organizing every detail ourselves. Our guide, Jonathan, was always punctual, responded quickly whenever we reached out, and was both knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire trip. We’re extremely satisfied with the entire setup and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend African Fairytale Tours to anyone looking to explore the best of Zimbabwe in a well-organized and personalized way.
