The information was clear and complete. It explained both the history and culture of the city. It ranged from the people who made great vienna and those who gave it the artistic and musical touch. I don't remember how many monuments, statues, castles and museums we saw and from which we understood their importance. EXCELLENT comfort to go and see with your own timing and goals. We changed plans to visit Vienna due to bad weather; we used the audio guide a 50% on the first day and the rest the next day without hurrying. MULTILINGUA: also, my girlfriend preferred Russian, I preferred Italian. FINISHED THE HEADPHONE BATTERY: you can also hear it directly from your smartphone!
Great way to orientate yourself with Vienna‘s top points of interest.

I purchased this tour as I didn’t want to be part of a large group walking around. It was a perfect way to orient ourselves around Vienna city. The instructions on how to download the map were easy to follow. The map provided and the little picture icons made it easy to get from one location to another. Excellent that you can take a pause at any time if you need to have a rest or a coffee break at any of the amazing coffee houses. The information and history at each of the points were interesting. The major points of interest were included. After reading other reviews about the 7 km circuit and because my husband’s knee was sore, we paused the tour at stop 20 and then continued the tour the next morning.
A real disaster to connect to the activity!!!

A real disaster to connect to the activity!!! By subcontracting an activity, itself already subcontracted by Tripadvisor we have no contact! After more than an hour of attempts, unanswered calls, exchanges via the app, we finally made it. For a first visit to Vienna, a brief preamble with some historical landmarks is missing. Anecdotal texts are sometimes long and interesting. Too bad!

Well narrated & interesting details. The digital updating map with red line & us as a blue dot were easier than expected to follow. And fun. We also appreciate the freedom to pause & look more or have a coffee. Next want to try the food tour.

The registration for the 2. Person could only be done very cumbersome via the online help. The procedure for the 2. Person is somehow not thought through. The help, however, was good in the end.

This well-crafted tour hits most every highlight in the center of historic Vienna. It was relatively easy to follow (sometimes the signs weren't as clear at the site, or GPS was wonky). We split it into two different days. It was a very effective way to gain an overview of the city!

As we couldn't find a French guide available, we opted for this principle that does its job well. Less interactive than with a real guide but better than nothing.
