5.00Absolutely loved our walking tour with Paul on the Free Tour Lyon of the old city (Vieux Lyon). From the moment we met up in the historic streets, Paul made the tour engaging, informative and genuinely fun. His deep knowledge of Lyon’s history, culture and hidden gems brought the city to life in a way that guidebooks never could. Paul was incredibly personable, easy to listen to and clearly passionate about Lyon’s past and present. He shared fascinating stories about the architecture, cobblestone alleyways, the traboules tucked away behind doors, the breathtaking cathedral and so much more. Even two hours flew by quickly. We appreciated how he made sure everyone could hear and see, and his friendly suggestions for places to eat and explore after the tour were spot on. It was the perfect introduction to the city and a highlight of our trip. If you’re visiting Lyon, this free walking tour with Paul is a must-do!

5.00I cannot prais Paul more for how he carried out this tour in pouring rain and told us stories about Lyon, but since he is an interesting person and has extensive knowlegde about history, anthropology, art, trivia and politics, this was best two hours spent in rain that we noticed but were so keen to hear the rest of the stories so we stayed until the end and would go again for sure.
