  I would not add anything as they provided everything necessary to have a true experience in the ascent to Volcán Villarrica. A point to highlight is that upon returning to the meeting point, they welcomed us with food and drinks to share with the whole group.   I was researching several options, the service and the trust that the team provides from the very first moment made me not doubt. A great work team, the guides are super experts in what they do, what I liked the most is that they divided the group according to their pace. I like to walk fast and the guides made groups according to the ascent capacity. That is very important so that everyone can reach their destination at their own pace. They were attentive and took several individual and group photos. I recommend it 100%.

  The hike was amazing we I had the luck to have the perfect weather and the guide was very friendly and well experienced. All of the gear needed was supplied by the agency and the views where unbelievable on the way down we used sleds to skip most of the descend.An amazing experience I would recommend anyone who loves the outdoors to do at least once in there live

  Unforgettable trip and unique experience! It was a whole adventure! My partner had a bad knee, and the guides were amazing; they fully supported us, and we managed to see the crater of the volcano. I highly recommend it.

  Felipe and Matías are geniuses who took care of us, assisted us in everything, and encouraged us until we reached the summit. Then we went down on a sled, and we celebrated the return with snacks and drinks as courtesy from the guides. Complete experience, I recommend it 100%.

  It was one of the most enriching experiences I have had. They were very punctual upon arrival, and at all times both were concerned for my physical safety, the induction talks were very thorough, and above all, both were very friendly. I work in a café in PUQ, and I will definitely recommend them if there are clients traveling to Pucon.
