• A great experience with a very fun descent

  The actual volcano trip itself was 5 stars. The guides were brilliant (particularly the Belgian guide who was wonderful with me when I went too fast on the sledging and left the tracks, giving myself quite a fright) and the experience on the whole was a lot of fun (definitely made slightly easier by taking the recommended chairlift). What reduced my rating was the staff in the shop front who didn’t have the same level of customer service and provided us with slightly misleading information about what to expect on the day of the trek. All the photos of the tour show lava being visible from the crater. Since the last eruption however you haven’t been able to see lava apparently, certainly we didn’t see any when we summited which was one of the key reasons for us doing the trek in the first place (nothing Terra Volcano can control of course but I think it’s an important thing to note).

  It is war der perfekte Tag für die Gipfelbesteigung, sonnig mit etwas Wind. Unser Kleinbus wurde in mehrere Gruppen aufgeteilt, was ich gut weekend. Gehen über Schneefelder und Gletscher in großen Gruppen hat seine eigene Risiken. Unser Bergfuhrer Felipe war sehr erfahren, motivierend und gut gelaunt. Ein echter Profi – und so macht das ein gutes Gefühl und Spaß. Der Abstieg war rasant und überaus lustig. Eine neue Erfahrung für mich, siehe auch Video. Mit den oben beschriebenen Erfahrungen eine gelungene Tour und empfehlenswert. Helmut It was the perfect day for climbing the summit, sunny with a slight breeze. Our minibus was divided into several groups, which I think is a good idea. Walking across snowfields and glaciers in large groups has its own risks. Our mountain guide Felipe was very experienced, motivating, and cheerful. A real Pro — and that makes you feel good and have fun. The descent was fast and extremely fun. A new experience for me, see also video. With the experiences described above, it was a successful tour and recommended. It was the perfect day to climb to the top, sunny and with some wind. Our van was divided into several groups, which was fine with me. Hiking through snowy fields and glaciers in large groups has its own risks. Our mountain guide, Felipe, was very experienced, motivating and cheerful. A true professional, which made us feel good and have fun. The descent was fast and very fun. A new experience for me, see also the video. With the experiences described above, it was a very satisfying and recommended excursion.

  We added a pleasant experience to our lives, Felipe waited for us, taught us about the history of the volcano, trained us, gave us tips of mountaineers, motivated us, set a rhythm and cadence according to group, is super friendly and friendly, the best guide we have had. On the other hand we had everything to get on/off safely and well equipped, always concerned about our well-being and that we had a wonderful time. Upon arrival they had rich things to eat, it was a wonderful experience to have chosen this agency for our promotion.

  New Years Eve...... absolutely bonkers assent of the volcano.... Done in quick time, to an unforgettable summit… all the guides were fun and securing your safety…. Well until we drank pisco in the summit 😂🤣😂🤣 amazing… definitely helped with the epic sledge ride back down the volcano 🌋. YOU MUST DO THIS.   An incredible experience, which exceeded all expectations! Great and super nice guys of the team! And sliding down on the snow is something you can’t find anywhere else. There is all the necessary equipment available and the price is great for this. Thanks guys

  Incredible experience the one experienced on the climb to the most active crater of Chile. The team of guides was always very attentive, professional and willing to help at all times. I would certainly do it again. I had long dreamed of climbing the Rukapillán, and Terra Volcano made it possible. Thank you, Richard and team, for making it happen. See you soon!
