  Very good experience from the reservation with Tatiana to the ascent of the Volcano with Matias and Richard!! 100% recommended activity, it is very worthwhile and then ends up sharing with the cordada some drinks to celebrate the summit hahaj. Excellent team and I have no doubt that the rest of your activities should be just as good and prepared.

  This company is really fantastic! From the start, they were communicative through WhatsApp and are easy to find (you just park in the plaza where their office is- it was so easy that we thought we were doing something wrong). Basically everything is provided for you minus food, water, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (I would wear 2 pairs of hiking socks and go a half size up in boots since the boots you need and that they provide are not your personal ones). If you are a casual hiker, the ascent is hard but doable and I found it really challenging; no idea how difficult it might be for avid hikers who are used to day-long hikes up mountains. The guides are AMAZING- they are super attentive and making sure everyone is safe at all times (there are definitely parts where I was thinking how I did I get myself here). They speak fluent English, so I always knew exactly what to do and how to stay safe, myself. They were incredibly helpful in applying all the different equipment and even putting away some of it; they also provided super clear directions on how to use everything- I understood everything about how to use ice picks and crampons despite never having used any of them before. The trek has absolutely beautiful views and had amazing features that I had never seen before. Even if the conditions are cloudy, the volcano summit will likely have some wind that will blow away the vapors for great views into the crater. Coming down was fantastic with the most sledding I've ever done in my life! The transport to and from the volcano is quite brief, and they had some tasty refreshments when we returned to the office. This trip was absolutely worth the price!

  Great tour, not a lot of chatter and off you go! Super experienced, friendly guides and great tour. Very safe at all times. Great volcano. With luck in the weather awesome view from above!!

  I went for a guided ascent with the Terra Volcano Agency on the 05/04/2026. The guided ascent to the summit of the Villarrica volcano was perfectly delivered from start to finish. At all times I felt comfortable and safe under the guide of Seba and Camila, who made sure no one was left behind, that equipment was correctly fitted/adjusted before and during the hike and who took tonnes of really nice photos of me, my friend and everyone in the group. On the da only 1 out of 5 of the customers participating in the same group tour as me had hiked mountains before, and we all felt safe during the ascent and completed it. After the tour we were pleasantly received back at the office and surprised with much appreciated refreshments of Beer, grapes, biscuits, fruit, juice and limoncello. The agency was very thoughtful and afterwards formed a group chat with everyone, so all the photos taken could be shared between group members.

  It was an absolutely incredible experience, very very hard but so worth it! We had 2 amazing guides Sebastian y Luciano who made us feel very safe the full time. 100% would recommend doing this tour with this company!

  Amazing day summiting Villarricca with our fantastic guides Sebastian, Philippe and Nacho. The guys were very professional and organised and had a great mix of prioritising safety and comfort whilst also having fun along the way- I couldn’t recommend them enough!

  This was a great and memorable excursion to the top of the volcano. Our guides were wonderful. Very supportive and encouraging especially during the climb. The sled rides down the mountain were awesome. The whole tour was great. I was the last one in our group to get to the top and there was always someone with me. You need to be in fairly good shape and if you are you will enjoy this trip

  The experience has been very good. Spectacular view and at all times well guided by Felipe and Sebastian that we have also had great. nice, responsible and giving recommendations. And that's a good snack at the end. I would recommend 100%

  We had such a good time. The guides were super nice, answered all our questions and managed the speed on the uphill really well. Would definitely do it again
