Part I: Introduction (or perfection) to Champagne in the middle of our plot of Chardonnay 1er Cru. Stunning views of ten hectares (mountain of Reims west) and the Cathedral of Reims. We tell you about the different economic actors of champagne, terroir and history(s) and what are our assets as winemakers to exist in this galaxy. PART II: Learn how to taste champagne as an expert through a three-step approach: Eye, Nose, and Mouth and associated sommelier gestures. To respect the progression of styles and avoid saturation of the palate, 3 Cuvées will be to choose with your companion (couple) or your group among fourCuvées of the range: Sun D'eden, Floresian Zest, Baies d'Alizés and Vintage 2020

5.00This was mine and specially may mom’s first ever visit to France let alone a french vineyard. So the experience had to be perfect to carve a lasting fond memory. This boutique vineyard, specially our wine connoisseur Marie was just a wonderful host, fluent in english, a must for my family. Her knowledge of the soil, fields and that if grapes were second to none. I am very pleased to have chosen this place for our authentic experience. Specially for my parents who travelled all the way from Nepal a d experiencing this sort of thing firsthand. Will highly recommend this winery and vineyard.

5.00Very nice discovery with a guide at the top, professional and passionate. Lots of explanations about the vineyard and the steps of vine maintenance. The tasting introduces us to delicious champagnes. In short an experience at the TOP . Bravo and thank you for a great time.

4.00One of the few places where dogs can come for a tasting. Family place a little beyond the big houses of Épernay. The vines are just outside and we were able to get descriptions of the wine types among out on site before we went inside to try their products.

5.00Faustine gave me a wonderful tour of the vineyard, explaining the region and its grapes in detail. The tasting was the perfect finale. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to get more champagne.

5.00Kerry OReilly 07:32 PM This was the most amazing tour. Faustine was a superb guide. We have been on tours through cellars before, but this one explained about the vineyard itself. She showed us the different types of grapes, had us taste them & then explained about the pruning process & how it’s different for each type of grape. We really learned a lot & then enjoyed 3 different tastes. I highly recommend this tour & this champagne. Thank you again

5.00We visited as a family with our son and little dog and had a great champagne tasting and a tour of the vineyard. The location is stunning, with a lot of parking and next to the beautiful vineyards. The tour guide was from the Champagne region and she was very passionate and knowledgeable about the Champagne industry including sustainable farming, production and marketing. We learned so much and really enjoyed. If you want to enjoy a pleasant tasting in the vineyards, this is the place.
