Wadi Rum Protected Area
Upon arrival at Wadi Rum embark a jeep with a local Bedouin driver at the wheel. Wadi Rum is a vast, landscape of the ancient riverbeds, it is the largest and most magnificent desert landscape of Jordan. Landmarks are the remains of the Nabatean Temple, rock inscriptions, the red sand dune area and the natural rock bridge Um Frouth. In Wadi Rum you have also the option on spot to experience a camel ride at your own expense.

5.00Tayseer was an excellent driver and showed me several panoramic sites along the way from Petra to wadi rum! The car was very comfortable and he also accommodated my requests to drop me off at the wadi Araba border (instead of a hotel) and to see a bit of Aqaba. The jeep tour was excellent and Yahea showed me beautiful sights during a 3hr jeep tour in wadi rum and answered my many questions about the Bedouin way of living. As a solo female traveler, this tour provided peace of mind that I would get to experience the beauty of wadi rum while having a smooth transfer between cities.
Wonderful service, amazing experience! Highly recommend!

5.00My friend and I hired Petra Nights Tours for a 6-hour private tour from Petra to Wadi Rum. It included a 4x4 tour of Wadi Rum, lunch and 2-hour camel ride. Our driver, Yousef, was amazing. We had a great time chatting with him on the way to Wadi Rum, which he managed masterfully even though there was snow and fog, and visibility was reduced. Yousef handed us over to Yahea, our guide and 4x4 driver, who was also wonderful. The entire experience was perfect, and everyone was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I plan to return to Wadi Rum next year and will request Yousef and Yahea again. Highly recommend them!
