5.00The company is great, and our guide Qais was amazing! Wadi shab and the sinkhole was of course absolutely beautiful and worth the trip, and going with Qais and Gidoman Tours elevated the experience. Absolutely recommend this!

5.00This good value and fun tour make it a must do in Oman. Our guide is Mr Abdulrahman, a genuinely nice man. He was very friendly and helpful. He has good English command. This is important as the tour can be a bit adventurous. Also, the explanation about the Wadi and the sinkhole enhances your appreciation of what you are seeing. We were also blessed with a good group of tour group companions. We got to the Wadi. Transported by a boat, shortly. Then hiked 30-40min. Can be a bit tricky for some people at my age as parts can be slippery in the morning but my wife and I managed relatively well. The view and the swims are definitely worth it. At the water hole, the swims were refreshing and relaxing. It’s fresh water and parts can be deep (20m), so if you are not a strong swimmer, you must rent the life jackets. The waterproof mobile phone case is also essential. The views in the lake and cave are definitely worth carrying your camera with you while swimming. The only comment is the crowd - (the tour guide tried his best to avoid the crowd but being one of the top 10 places to visit comes with this trouble of crowd, including some disrespectful tourists who did not follow the rules. Come on, guys, the Omani people are so generous to share their beautiful countries, please respect their customs and culture.

4.00When we got in the minibus we came across a group of girls and boys who looked more like the American Olympic team! We thought you needed to be an athlete to make the tour! In fact it was very quiet and pleasant! Super recommend!

5.00We only did the Wadi Shab part of the tour, but it was definitely worth it. Our guide, Qias, was enthusiastic, energetic, and clearly passionate about what he does, with real care and attention for everyone even for those who found certain parts a bit scary. His friendly and genuine way of engaging with people made the experience feel extra personal and welcoming.

5.00Well-organized, timely pick-up, very proactive and detailed communication beforehand. The tour guide was kind, knew the tour well and made sure we were all fine and informed at all times. The early arrival at the Wadi allows for a less crowded experience even in the high season. The included lunch is a teal convenience. If, like me, you’re on the more clumsy side, make sure your shoes have a strong grin, or even consider bringing a hiking pole. Some passages are rocky and slippery.

5.00I absolutely loved the trip. Wadi Shab was just beyond beautiful. Not a tricky hike but it is a good hour to get to the pools. It’s very slippery so make sure you’re wearing proper shoes (unlike me who decided it was a good day to wear flip flops). Great communication the day before trip - sending a WhatsApp message confirming the time for pick up and things you should pack. Lunch not great but seemed to be a popular spot with other tour groups. A huge thank you to Mazin - he was so kind and helpful throughout the tour. Definitely one to book if you’re in Muscat!
