  This company is a complete SCAM!!! I put 5 star so my True reviews will still be posted as they auto-delete non-5 star reviews They are out there to scam your money . Hotel room not included watch out!!!! Your 5 day tour in Oman , does not include any hotel room and you need to book that on your own. This is a five day for Tours is shocking to me that it does not even include a hotel room. The tour operator asked us to book a most expensive room in the city of Muscat. Of the five days three days does not include food or meal. You’re on your own. on the last thing when you’re about to go to airport, they purposely drop you off at the airport lol little bit over an hour and a half so ensure that you will miss your flight going back home . They refuse to offer a refund for the two tours we did not take . They failed to inform their customers that hotel rooms are not included during the entire duration of the tour . Every single day is considered an independent tour with a local tour operator . Your be returned back to your hotel at the end of the day that you pay on your own despite already paying full amount for the package tour. On our first day of the tour GitOman did not inform us the pick up time until 20 minutes prior to the tour. They said they sent the confirmation to the wrong number and assumed we received it ??? Shouldn’t they send an email telling their clients the pick up time and request a response from their client highly irresponsible. This GitOman Tours operator is a complete scam. They just want your money., when we ask them to drop us off at the airport at the earlier time they suggest a more expensive private tour and try to scam us additional US$150 for their convenience. Everything about the tourist scamming more money out of you. You are a money tree they will do anything to get more money without any service back. Do not under any circumstance use this operator , they just want your money they don’t care anything about you. They will purposely mess the customer with the pick up time and drop off time to make your life miserable..

  In principle, a wonderful experience. Unfortunately what the car too tight. With a certain height of 185 cm you could hardly accommodate your legs. The drive was too long for that.

  Muhammed was our guide and we had the best possible treatment ever.He took care of us whole the trip and was verry funny and reliable...at the end of the day we felt happy and fullfilled....we recommend our guide if you want a special tretment

  Very timely pick up, clean bus, and a great tour guide, Muhannad. The wadi was beautiful. The hike itself was easy, a couple narrow and slippery spots but that was fine. Once you get to the swimming portion, it can be challenging at times because of very slippery and sharp rocks, and some areas are pretty deep. I think water shoes are a MUST. There are some for sale or rent right outside the entrance. If you are not a 100% confident with your swimming, rent a life jacket. Because even as an avid swimmer I got tired in some sections without a life jacket. Gorgeous views and great adventure. The Bimmah sinkhole after was okay but it was hard to compare it to the beauty of the wadi. Highly recommend this tour

  We had a fantastic day exploring Muscat, the Wadi, and the sinkhole with Mahmood as our private guide. He was incredibly friendly from the moment we met him and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire tour. What really stood out was Mahmood's knowledge of Omani history and the region. He didn't just show us the sights - he brought everything to life with fascinating stories and explanations that gave us a real understanding of Oman's rich heritage and culture. You could tell he genuinely loves sharing his country with visitors. Beyond being knowledgeable, Mahmood was very polite and considerate, making sure we were comfortable and happy the whole time. His warm personality made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a private guide in Oman who combines friendliness, deep local knowledge, and professionalism, I highly recommend Mahmood. We couldn't have asked for a better guide to show us around!

  Guide 3*: Qais was a driver and guide at the same time, but hardly spoke to us, so the daily routine remained unclear. During the short stop at the rest stop, he advised the purchase of water shoes, although they could also have been borrowed later. Arriving at the Wadi car park, his clues were a bit confused, making us unsure what to take or leave in the car. It was only during the tour that he thawed and then went to great lengths to keep the group of ten together. Clearer information on the length of stay would have helped with the waterfall in the cave, as the group spread out a bit. On the positive side, he collected garbage on the way. Tour 5*: The tour is highly recommended and adventurous, but busy - an even earlier start would be ideal. Sufficient water was provided. Lunch at the restaurant's sepé was rather simple but fine compared to other tours. The subsequent visit to the Bimmah Sinkhole was interesting and a good conclusion, but bathing in it is not absolutely necessary.

  The company is great, and our guide Qais was amazing! Wadi shab and the sinkhole was of course absolutely beautiful and worth the trip, and going with Qais and Gidoman Tours elevated the experience. Absolutely recommend this!

  This good value and fun tour make it a must do in Oman. Our guide is Mr Abdulrahman, a genuinely nice man. He was very friendly and helpful. He has good English command. This is important as the tour can be a bit adventurous. Also, the explanation about the Wadi and the sinkhole enhances your appreciation of what you are seeing. We were also blessed with a good group of tour group companions. We got to the Wadi. Transported by a boat, shortly. Then hiked 30-40min. Can be a bit tricky for some people at my age as parts can be slippery in the morning but my wife and I managed relatively well. The view and the swims are definitely worth it. At the water hole, the swims were refreshing and relaxing. It’s fresh water and parts can be deep (20m), so if you are not a strong swimmer, you must rent the life jackets. The waterproof mobile phone case is also essential. The views in the lake and cave are definitely worth carrying your camera with you while swimming. The only comment is the crowd - (the tour guide tried his best to avoid the crowd but being one of the top 10 places to visit comes with this trouble of crowd, including some disrespectful tourists who did not follow the rules. Come on, guys, the Omani people are so generous to share their beautiful countries, please respect their customs and culture.

  When we got in the minibus we came across a group of girls and boys who looked more like the American Olympic team! We thought you needed to be an athlete to make the tour! In fact it was very quiet and pleasant! Super recommend!
