Upscale show and food was excellent! Not your average luaa and highly recommend! Pricey compared to others but well worth it!

Overall we really enjoyed the experience. The food, music and entertainment were very good. Lining up before the show was a little confusing, and we paid for Diamond seating and had really good seats but that also felt a little confusing and rushed when we first came in. I also was a little disappointed that we didn’t get a lei greeting. We brought our 10 year old grandson, and the highlight of his evening was the fire dancers which were incredible. The hula dancing was very beautiful and graceful. Overall I would recommend and go back again.

Too expensive just for the show. The app confused me about the food or show only. When we tried to add food we were unable to even though there was so much left over.

The Luau was exceptional. We were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village so it was convenient, the food was delicious and plentiful and the dancers and musicians were exceptional. I highly recommend this experience.

Food was terrible. People not buying tickets can watch the show for free on the outside. Not worth it. The dancers were ok but not great.

Great food. Fun experience. Try to arrive early because the lines are long. Beautiful setting with awesome scenery.

We had a difficult time just finding the location, as we expected it to be near the beach or at least in or near a hotel near the beach. It was instead high on a rooftop of a parking garage, which, once we got there, turned out to be fine, but it was certainly not what we were expecting. The buffet food was fine, but included some selections I wouldn't expect to find at a luau (caesar salad doesn't scream Hawaiian). The drinks included a welcome mai tai and an additional drink from the bar (non-alcoholic drinks are also available). The entertainment was fun and enjoyable, including a host who was reminiscent of Don Ho, live music, singing and dancers. As with everything in Hawaii, the price is steep - we paid $185/person, but there is a higher level price that supposedly gets you closer to the stage, but our seats were really close, so I don't see how the higher lever would be worth it. We went to this luau on our first night in Hawaii, and it served as a nice festive Hawaiian welcome. That having been said, there are numerous luau options on the various islands, so if we return, we would probably be a bit more choosy.

It is no longer on the rooftop of the hotel. It is on the ground. We were not informed of the change finally found the event after looking for it was in a very long line. Show was good could not see fireworks as we were unable to get close enough. Very disappointing, confusion on where to go caused stress that took away ability to fully enjoy the show. Show staff would not refund as we did not schedule with them
