This walk will allow you to discover the bohemian district of Santa Teresa by accessing it by the famous yellow tram, then wandering at your own pace before reaching Lapa by the famous colorful staircase of Selaron then ending your visit with Cinelandia square.

We will arrive at the Santa Teresa Tram station to take the famous yellow Bonde (tram) to go up to the Santa Teresa district. It is a panoramic walk of thirty minutes full of charm.
Largo dos Guimaraes
Walk and around the Largo dos Guimaraes in the heart of Santa Teresa to discover its houses from the end of the XIXth, beginning of the XXth, nice views, restaurants and bars which also make this district famous.

5.00A big thank you to Antoine for his kindness and all his advice on the organization of our trip to Rio; Ilha Grande; Paraty and back to Rio, he knew how to capture our desires beautiful New Year's Eve with dinner on the seafront, fireworks.Visit Rio with Ivan that I thank again for these 2 days spend together with a lot of professionalism.all was perfect up to the driver especially Mateus with whom we made quite a road. For their professionalism I highly recommend GGIR .

5.00Antoine took care of our entire trip. He was attentive to our expectations beforehand and then offered us a tailor-made all-inclusive program. I had nothing to do, he took care of everything (hotel reservations, transfers, shuttles, internal flights,...) and fortunately because it is very complicated to communicate with Brazilians when you do not speak Portuguese I recommend Antoine and his Francophone guides 100% Our trip was extraordinary, we took full eyes both in activities and in the choice of hotels

5.00We had an exceptional stay in Rio thanks to Antoine and his team! From the first contact, everything was fluid, warm and professional. The different guides with whom we had the pleasure of discovering the city were passionate, attentive and always listening to our desires. The services were impeccable, perfectly organized and adapted, which allowed us to enjoy every moment. We highly recommend Antoine and his team for a 5-star stay in Rio! 5.00Three dream days to discover Rio with Ivan. An exceptional immersive experience that allowed us to better understand the organization of the city, its history and also visit the must-sees like Sugarloaf or Corcovado. The highlight of our visit will be the visit of Favéla Santa Marta which immersed us in the daily lives of their inhabitants. If you’re going to Brazil, don’t hesitate to stop by Good Guide In Rio and ask that Ivan be your guide. Everything is prepared and adjusted so that you can enjoy Rio without feeling too much sometimes the world and the crowds , perfect stay!

5.00We spent 4 days in Rio with Antoine, our GGIR guide. He came to pick us up at the airport very early (we had travelled at night from France). Welcoming warmly and immediately, he showed us great professionalism and his immense passion for Brazil. Its culture on Brazilian history, customs and habits, advice for lunch, walking... are an undeniable advantage for an unforgettable stay. We didn’t usually take a guide for our trips but our vision has since changed a lot. It was a real pleasure to travel and discover this city of Rio alongside Antoine. With him we were able to visit, among others: the Santa Teresa neighborhood, the Sugar Bread, the Christ of Mount Corcovado, the Favela Santa Marta, the mythical beaches of Rio... And what was great was that it was flexible and adapted the visits to the weather and our wishes (family with 2 children aged 11 and 9). Also, he took us to local markets (see!), small coffee shops to have a little snack like the Brazilians do. In short, we recommend 100%
