  The experience has been terrible. We did the tour with Rene. We have been a very large group and even though he said he was covering for a partner it was no excuse not to wait at different points for everyone before starting the explanation. Moreover, the places where you have decided to stop to talk were not the most suitable, very busy and loud. We haven't heard about the fourth part of the tour and by giving him the money he has been upset but his tour was not realistic with what he demanded. To be a free tour we have been forced to give you more money when the reality has been that for a day we had to visit Vienna we left without knowing anything.

  My wife and I joined the walking tour in Vienna, last-minute. Katharina was very sympathetic, providing a welcoming atmosphere to the group. She was to the point and practical, with great advice about different options in the city. Obviously someone who has lived in the city for a long time: With a lot of knowledge about its history, but also what is currently playing in the opera or displayed in the musea.

  Angelo has been our guide, without a doubt the best guide🙂!!!Super friendly, with a lot of charisma!! I recommend it if you want to have a few laughs while soaking in the culture of Vienna👌👏

  Very interesting sight and explanations of the guide, a Portuguese, whose name I did not withhold. The bad thing is it was so cold.

  Our tour guide was very good. Friendly, informed and helpful with questions. Only comment I wish to make is he brought up this was a free tour and dependent on tips. I paid Viator $25 for the tour. I’ve been on “free tours many times as an intro to a new city. . These “free tours” in my experiences are generally $4-5 for administrative fees. This was not so I didn’t consider free. I was happy to tip my tour guide as he make the experience positive for the group but generally tip much more when actually “semi free”.

  Email to change our tour time was not seen until too late so we turned up as planned. No-one else did! A phone call or text would have been more helpful. Very disappointing that more effort was not made to contact us regarding a change to our booking, which had previously been confirmed. The new time was totally unsuitable for us as we were only staying in Vienna for 24 hours and wanted to use the tour to plan the rest of our visit

  Kristina was great. She was very knowledgeable and was open to answering all of our questions! Very patient with children and accommodating needs of the group. We learned so many history, facts, places we want to come back and visit, and food recommendations! 5/5

• Great intro to Vienna

  We took the walking tour of the highlights around Vienna with Tobias. Tobias is very proud, passionate and knowledgeable of Vienna and offered significant insights into the history of the city. He is personable and told interesting stories intertwined with historical facts. He even offered two substantial lists at the end of the tour with food and activity recommendations around Vienna to help inform the rest of our visit. We would highly recommend the walking tour with Tobias, especially at the beginning of your trip to learn more about Vienna and help plan the rest of your trip!

  A very informative experience. We learnt so much about the history of Vienna and Christina was brilliant in her knowledge and communication style. All travellers and history buffs should do this tour. Highly recommend!
