1.00Honestly I think this listing needs to be modified or deleted.. I booked a tour using Viator. When I asked if another date was available, via Viator chat, Bonair Tours said no. (Ok, no problem.) In the same chat message, I was given a WhatsApp number “so you can call him about the walking tour.” I thought this info was provided in case of emergency or in case I got lost. What I was NOT told was that *there was actually no tour scheduled for the day I was booked for. And to make a reservation, it was actually necessary that I call this person myself using WhatsApp.* So this Viator booking—which I received confirmation for, and was CHARGED for—wasn’t worth anything. If I had known this, I would have just canceled my reservation. Some other kind person finally explained this all via Viator chat. But not until we showed up in Kralendijk, waiting at the pier, on the date and time printed on my ticket, and no one was there to meet us. I was fully refunded, but there’s no refund for time wasted. And there was no apology.

5.00We took this excursion from the Carnival Horizon. Our tour guides were Jason and Arthur. We were able to see the fort, the downtown area, we sampled some local snacks, we were given a cold bottle of water. Enjoyed this walking tour and highly recommend.
