What a delight. Friendly, engaging staff who freely shared knowledge and made our visit a delightful experience. And such variegated activities: from the comedic archer, to trying in helmets, to the multimedia displays—just fantastic.

This year’s Halloween show in comparison with a few years ago was very half hearted. Previously in the state rooms there were actors and hemes props and plot lines. This year was simply black curtains here and there and three people dressed in grey pretending to be dead. Half hearted and poor. The creepy hollows was no longer creepy and the dead centre stage loud and trashy. Added to this was a charge for annual pass holders on the 31st - the legality of which is doubtful.

We went as a family to Warwick. It was a great day out. Fabulous to see the outside of the castle and then wander in. The boys and I particularly enjoyed the birds of prey show. The birds are so close, they are released between the audience with a lovely commentary (which could have been louder to hear more). We enjoyed watching which direction they would appear from and which way they would then go. A cherry picker appeared from behind the building and an Eagle and a vulture glided between us. Amazing! The castle itself was great, a large area in the middle was open for the Halloween week which we just missed. A trebuchet display (large catapult) was great, very interactive and the same man did a very funny bow and arrow demonstration. Portaloos and toilets were there but some weren't open so it could do with more as small children can't wait! Shops where open so you could buy all sorts, swords, sweets, zog memorabilia, gifts, dragons. Etc. Family of 4, think we paid around £80. Maybe a little high for 2 adults and 2 small children but the experience we enjoyed so overall we were satisfied. And to be honest, I'd probably pay that again just to see the birds 🦅🦅🦅🕊🕊 😆

The castle its self is amazing 100% recommend going. The hotel we wouldnt return. The room a/c / heating system wouldnt turn off it sounded like we was on a airplane. The kids was upset as couldnt get to sleep. My husband went to reception and the maintance came to the room and agreed it was very loud. Offered us another room which sounded just as loud. We all came away very tierd and wouldnt return to the hotel.

Very good day out. Lots of history. Very hilly (because it is a motte and bailey castle). It has a very good falconry show lots of different types of birds

Do not eat at the Village Resturant. The food is cheap frozen food, poor quality, poor quantity and poor choice. The menu may look appetising but do not be fooled, it is a rip off and you will be disappointed.

Visited with friends & what a fantastic experience. There was so much to see & experience. The castle is hugely impressive, full of beautifully & impressive decorated rooms. We watched the films explaining the history of the castle; they were interesting & engaging. We walked the castle walls & up the towers; which have LOTS of steep steps. The views were fabulous. There were activities on for the kids with it being 1/2 term & Halloween, though we didn't have children with us it was obvious the children were having a great time.

We went with 3 kids,8, 4 and newborn. The zog playground haunted hollows and horrible history maze were really well done. The falconry show was amazing. Definitley see that. We also stayed in the hotel. If you do, make sure to take advantage of the evening entertainment and archery. Family had a great time.

We had an amazing day out at Warwick Castle today. It was difficult to choose between events and shows as to what we enjoyed more. The Falconer‘s Quest show is incredible, and we also had a go at archery. Exploring the maze and watching the little ones burn off some energy at Zog‘s playground in the sunshine was fun. It was absolutely amazing to see a working trebuchet, and I’ll probably go back just to see that again. Parking was easy, and there was a wide variety of options for food and drink spread out across the grounds. Even after five hours, we hadn’t seen everything I would definitely recommend this as a day out.
