5.00Guide - Vernon was very good. Called out his nickname when time to gather in busy or confusing route back to the bus so we could easily return to the bus after seeing the site. Easy to hear. Enjoyed hearing the stories and details. Overview of tour noted snacks and water provided on bus. No snacks were offered. Water was cold in a cooler and offered when getting off at one site. Water bottle was wet as ice in the cooler had significantly melted. Not sure if new ice and bottled water was resupplied specifically for our tour. Suspect amount of bottled water and melted ice status was because not resupplied after prior tour. There were not enough cold water bottles for everyone.

3.00Our group was unable to participate in the tour due to over booking issues. The owner of the tour company did not have our group on his rosters. He was extremely professional and apologetic about the situation quickly issuing a refund before he started the tour for the group in his van.

5.00It was a great overview of key parts of the city. We learned a lot of facts about the monuments that I didn’t know. Reggie our guide was amazing. So kind, and funny. He had to do some improvisation due to some roads being closed. He was fantastic. Some stops are 15 minutes, but if you want to stay longer, this might not be the trip for you

5.00This was the perfect way to see all the major historical sites. Plus DC at night is awesome. Our driver, Kareem, was the best! Extremely knowledgeable about the area and the history. He was engaging, full of energy, and made for an awesome experience. He made a special stop to the Marine Corps memorial (not originally part of the tour) after learning we had a marine veteran amongst us. Incredibly thoughtful and shows that he deeply cares about the experience of his customers. Thank you for making our trip to DC memorable.

5.00In all my decades of traveling, Mr. Kareem provided one of the best tours I have ever been on!!! He was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and well organized. Even with all the obstacles being put up in our tour path, for the big parade, he was able to keep us on schedule and get us to all the sites we planned to see. I am a trivia addict and Mr. Kareem shared so much new information I had never heard before, not just about each monument but also about other places we passed in the city as we drove or walked between the sites. He kept the tour participants engaged at every step and made it educational and fun for everyone!!! I will definitely use RSN Tours again and will hopefully get Mr. Kareem as my tour guide again.
