  Very enjoyable experience, boat stopped going over to calero to let people see whats underwater through glass bottom boat. Staff excellent and efficient.

  Great trip to Puerto Calero to the market on the trip back to puerto del carmen the staff stopped to boat and fed the fish with bread which was a great experience, all staff was really friendly. I would recommend this boat trip

  Brilliant. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The boat was very clean.did,nt have to queue very long either. Runs very smoothly

  Lovely 25 min journey to and from Puerto Calero & Puerto Carmen. Great staff, great humour and we had the addition of a singing captain.🤣 Thanks for the lovely trip.

  Not a good experience the youngest of the 2 crew was rude and snatched our ticket from my wife’s hand when we boarded, you will see more bad reviews on this excursion by other people, the only time they smile is when they are rattling their tips box. If they worked for me they wouldn’t last the day out. Find a job that doesn’t mean socialising with the public.

  Comfortable and enough to see. You get the water taxi at the gate 1 at the old town harbour. Staff very helpful.

  Great experience. Lovely boat, friendly staff. Great value and well worth the trip. Easy to book and gorgeous views from the boat.

  We tried this after a friend recommended it. We had a lovely trip up the coast to Puerto Calero, the kids enjoyed seeing the fish through the glass bottom and we all enjoyed the views from the top deck. We had an hour in Puerto Calero, having had a Quick Look around and a coffee. This was a fun and leisurely way to spend a morning.

  We hopped aboard the water taxi for return trips Puerto Calero to Puerto del Carmen. It was a relatively calm day, and the trip was fun. Return trip, they paused to feed the fish, and the boat being glass-bottomed, we were able to get good views of the marine life. Crew were good fun too!
