  We had a great time going out on the catamaran - close encounters with Rizzo dolphins and the relaxation of being out at sea in near silence. Great crew, with lots of useful info, and hearing the chatter of the dolphins in the ocean around us was amazing. Recommended!

  A mega great tour, very well organized, super nice hosts and very well imparted knowledge about the dolphins and whales, we have been able to observe two groups of dolphins!! Highly recommended!

  

  

  

• Lovely catamaran trip

  Enjoyed a lovely 4 hours on board this catamaran. The staff were very knowledgable. We spotted a school of 9 dolphins who travelled alongside for an hour. A very enjoyable experience overall.

• Disappointed not to have crossed paths with dolphins and whales.

  After 4 hours of sailing, we did not see any dolphins or whales. A little disappointing when this is the purpose of the excursion even if we know that it is nature and that we can not predict anything.

  The catamaran and the crew were excellent. My husband is slightly disabled and they helped enormously to make the trip accessible and comfortable. They were understanding and waited when our taxi was late for the trip and easy to contact to let them know. Unfortunately for us there were no dolphins or whales spotted on the day but we understood that that might not be the case when we booked.

  Weather was perfect, fortunately. Sea very calm and no wind. After a friendly and efficient briefing and boarding we headed out to sea expectantly. For an hour - nothing! Then the first sighting of dolphins. A small group of Bottle-nosed and they swam around as we drifted quietly, literally just a few metres away and they could be seen through the clear water as they swam beneath the bow. We moved on towards where another boat was headed and were thrilled to see a group of Pilot whales For the next hour and a half we moved slowly from one group to another and had ample opportunity to take photos and hear the dolphins' clicks and whistles via the hydrophone speaker. At one point when more bottle-nosed joined the group they included a small calf. Altogether we must have seen at least 30 animals before we headed back to shore. An extra highlight was a first ever sighting for me of a flying fish which crossed the bow as it traversed for over 100 metres. We enjoyed the snack of fruit and nuts and drinks as well as seeing Gonzalo and Sylvie collecting items of floating plastic on the return journey as a standard practice on this eco friendly excursion. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and were able to speak excellent English and French to us as appropriate. Suitable for all ages of adults and would thoroughly recommend the experience.

  We booked the whale watching trip with WeWhale and the communication with Gonzalo was excellent throughout. We received clear instructions of where to meet at the marina. Sadly, our taxi driver still dropped us off in the wrong spot. We phoned Gonzalo and he very kindly came and picked up and took us to where the rest of the group were waiting. We really appreciated his speedy help! We had let him know beforehand that my partner (Lindy) had injured her leg and so he and his crew were ready to help her aboard and ensure she was seated safely. So attentive to safety and kind as well. We were offered cool drinks and also fruit snacks whilst aboard. We loved the catamaran trip as there was just 10 people plus crew on board and it wasn’t a ‘party boat’ kind of trip. The crew were very knowledgeable regarding marine life and also the local environment. We would definitely recommend this trip. Thanks so much WeWhale team!! We saw some Gervais Beaked whales, which was amazing

• Super dear team without a rip-off!

  With our grandson we visited WeWhale in Lanzarote and took the catamaran out for whale watching. We could park for free directly at the port. We started at 9 a.m. on time. On board there was fruit, delicious fruit juices us snacks. Outside we met a dolphin school and a 7 m whale. Out of respect, we stayed at a distance. It was also impressive that garbage floating on the surface of the water was collected. Around 1:15 p.m. we were back. On board you could answer all questions and there were also only 8 guests on board. Next time we'll go again! Thank you! Gracias!

  Fantastic experience, booked for my boyfriend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The boat was clean and comfortable, the crew were extremely friendly and knowledgeable nothing was too much to ask. The snacks on board were delicious and we managed to see 2 species of dolphins during our trip which was amazing. Definitely recommend for an eco friendly dolphin/whale watching experience.

  A truly wonderful experience.... the dolphins were kept waiting but in the end they really gave us an exciting and unrepeatable moment.... Gonzalo and Silvia two perfect guides.... explained the ideas of wewhale and it is palpable how much they respect the sea and its inhabitants.... we can only thank them for the wonderful experience....
