The BEST possible way to experience the majestic Pacific Humpback Whales up close and personal. The waters off shore of Ka'anapali Maui are host to the largest population of Humpback Whales on the planet. Our trained naturalists will educate and answer questions as we head to view the most active pods we can find. Relax with a mimosa, Bloody Mary or other island cocktails! Open bar is included!

4.00Ocean was rough and it seemed like after we got a quick view of a whale that the captain just wanted to slowly return. No crew discussion on why the whales act as they do (like on other watches). It was ok for the price.

5.00We thought about canceling since it was raining lightly and extremely windy, but we decided to go anyway. The swells were 10ft plus, so it was a very rocky ride. Getting on the boat was rough, and we got totally drenched which did not feel great with the cool. high winds. None of this was their fault though, so I can’t blame them. The crew was fantastic, and we saw tons of whales, so it was all worth it. If you even think you might get a little seasick, avoid going on rough, windy days. They had trouble pulling back up to the beach because of the high waves, so they ended up going about 1/4 mile down the beach and we had to walk back. Despite the weather issues it was a great time!

5.00We had an amazing experience with SeaMaui! They were very informative and personal, taking the time to talk to some of us and answer our questions. The captain, Nick, was great at chasing down sightings and we were rewarded with a fairly close visit by a couple of showy males. Drink service was often and brought to everyone so as not to miss any action! We had so much fun and felt it was truly worth it. Tip: if you sit in the front, be prepared for being in the Splash Zone.

4.00The crew was super friendly and accommodating. Great service all around. Unfortunately we didn’t get many whale sightings and when we did they were minimal and far away from our boat. We saw similar whale sightings sitting on the beach. But that’s the luck of the draw.

5.00The staff is amazing. They will talk with each individual while looking out for the other passengers. We saw a lot of whales. They help point them out and explain kind of what’s happening. The boat ride with music and drinks is just as fun.

4.00Actually we were hoping to be much closer to view the whales however we did get a few nice photos. Unfortunately it’s the luck of the draw we still enjoy the experience. The crew was amazing & we tip our hats to them. I would definitely do this again.

5.00Best time ever, went with my sweetheart, brother and sister in law. The crew was fantastic, drinks and snacks plentiful. Music was terrific for the excursion. Thank you sea Maui you rock,!!!!!
