The infamous concentration and work camp has now become a living memorial and museum. Disabled visitors are welcomed to see sections of the complex with navigable terrain, both indoors (with limited yet guided access for wheelchairs) and outdoors. Open all four seasons. You will travel by especially adapted minivan, driven by our experienced drivers.

The maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed to bring into the museum is 30x20x10 cm. For safety reasons, each person entering the grounds of the Museum will be subject to security checks, including using electronic devices to detect dangerous materials and objects. Those who refuse checks will not be allowed on the grounds of the Museum,

We will pick you up from your accommodation in Krakow. Pick-up time will be two hours before your entrance to the museum (please specify at the booking time). After 1,5 hour drive we will arrive to the site of Auschwitz-Birkenau in Oświęcim. After arrival at the destination, you will be taken to the main entrance of the museum. Please buy your tickets in advance, nr of visitors in museum is limited. After aproximetly 2 hours of visit Auschwitz I you will be taken by same minivan to Birkeanu for one hour of additional visit. Our driver will adapt to your individual needs, however we are obligate to follow museum regulations. Please be adviced: museum is not fully accessible. To make your visit more convenient you will be equiped with headphone system.

Our transfer was very good and the driver Piotr saved our day after our Auschwitz tour was moved to an earlier time that we could not make in time. He went above and beyond by organizing for us to still participate in the end of our tour and to get to see the other part of the tour by explaining the situation to the people at the office. Overall we would have had a terrible experience if we did not have Piotr to help us so we definitely recommend this transfer since the drive was comfortable and the driver was extremely helpful.

I have just come back from Poland with my daughter and her husband who are both wheelchair users and I was very nervous about how accessible the travel company was going to be as it seems very limited in Poland Once meeting Peter at the airport all our fears went away The vehicle was perfect for our needs and Peter was so helpful He also took us to Auchwitz and the Salt mines too We literally couldn't have done all this without him He was so reliable punctual and had great knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions Thank you Peter for making our visit perfect ❤️

Our driver Piotr was the best! When traveling with a wheelchair do book with him. He is the reason we will want to go back to Poland. Such good care, during the trips he also provides information about the things that you drive by, giving some good tips where to go eat, what to see and also inform you with some history. But also if you don’t feel like talking he is respecting that. From the moment we had the airport transfer to the hotel we knew we were in good hands. You can tell that he likes what he does, with passion, the car was nice as well. No need to get in and out of the wheelchair as you will be strapped on with several seatbelts which my mom found a bit scary at first. During the trips he is happy to assist you by going with you to the entrance or telling you where to go. He really goes above and beyond!! Such good personal assistance and treating you as a person, disabled or not. Piotr thank you for making our time unforgettable, wishing you all the best and we hope to see you again soon 🙏🏼

Punctual person, very friendly and helpful, I recommend. The driver guided us to the meeting bridge and brought us to Birkenau as well
