  This was a great experience, my daughters loved it. We were looked after by Rori who was a lovely host. We pad £270 for 4 people which lasted about 2 hours. The company supplied all equipment and took you by mini bus to the departure location. We went through a few rapids and had a very memorable day. Thanks Rori

  Went whitewater rafting for my husbands birthday and although the boys were excited I was pretty apprehensive. No need to be at all! It was absolutely brilliant. We were so well looked after by Jamie and Alfie and ended up having the raft all to ourselves (the bonus of booking so early in the season I suppose). The river was running high and fast but that added to the fun. Our session was also photographed by John who got some great shots. No obligation to buy at all but I thought they were brilliant for £20. He just emails you the zipfile later that day. We did the 1.30pm afternoon session and booked a Riverbanc family room for the night too. This meant our room was ready as soon as we got back to base which was perfect. We had lunch and breakfast in the cafe, both of which were delicious and the guys gave us restaurant tips for the evening too. A thoroughly brilliant 24 hours!

  We went to White Water Active as one of the activities for our friends Stag do and we were not disappointed! We had a party of 9 so were split up into two rafts. Our raft was with Alfie (absolute legend) and the other half of our party was with George. Both of them were brilliant, clearly explaining everything we needed to know in an engaging and fun way. When we got out onto the water they guided us through everything we needed to do and we all felt looked after by both of them. But what made this special is that they really engaged with us and the whole experience was filled with banter and jokes. They really know what they are doing and they are top blokes as well!   My daughter Anna wanted her family to whitewater raft for her birthday, completely out of my comfort zone I must admit. Rory our instructor was very professional and his humour helped ease my nerves. We had a great rafting experience, the photo’s were brilliant, Anna smiling the whole way , Thank you to Rory and Alfie, your commentary was great fun, Do not hesitate to book with this company , highly recommend 🥰🛶🌊👏👏

  Brilliant time rafting with Alfie and Rory, great activity for everyone in the family regardless of experience or ability. Session ran smoothly, facilities were ace and the onsite cafe was great too! Will definitely book again : )

  Exhilarating wild time. 10yr of grandson ride middle of the boat so we didnt lose him....great team looked after us. High attention to safety with bouyancy aids adjusted to fit correctly. Good kit. Good clear briefings. Skilled leaders. Special shout out for Rob but all the team were friendly and helpful.

  Brilliant afternoon. It was exilarating. Great team. High attention to safety and briefings clear. Good kit. Bouyancy aid adjusted and actually fitted. Team friendly and helpful. V skilled on the water. They looked after my 10yr old grandson. He rode in the middle as it was wild. Says he would love to go back when he is bigger and more able to paddle. Special shout out for Rob but thanks to all for making a great event. Worth buying the photos.

  We had an absolutely fantastic time during our White Water Rafting experience on the River Dee with Whitewater Active. It was an unforgettable adventure from start to finish! The whole experience was exciting, fun, and perfectly organised. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — they made us feel safe and confident while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Their guidance and sense of humour really added to the day. The river itself offered a great mix of excitement and beautiful scenery. We felt supported the entire time, and the instructions were clear, making the experience both thrilling and comfortable, even for beginners. Overall, we were extremely happy with the whole trip. Amazing adventure, great energy, and a brilliant team running it. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
