This is not a show cave — it's a real adventure into one of Georgia’s wildest and least-explored caves. Unlike touristy spots, Melouri offers a raw, natural caving experience with underground canyons, untouched formations, and no artificial lighting or paths. We keep our groups small, provide all equipment, and adjust the route based on your experience level. It’s perfect for travelers who want to go beyond the usual and experience the real underground beauty of Georgia.

Experience underground canyons and 7+ km of cave passages Suitable for all skill levels, from easy to challenging Plan: We’ll meet at the designated meeting point near our office, where you’ll receive and put on all the necessary caving equipment. Then we’ll drive about 15 minutes toward the cave area. After the drive, a scenic 15-minute forest hike leads to the entrance of Melouri Cave.

5.00Did a cave tour recently and it was a solid experience. The guide was calm and professional the whole time, which helped keep the group relaxed. His attitude definitely made it easier to stay focused and enjoy the tour. He knew his stuff, was always checking in with us, asking how we were doing, making sure no one was falling behind or uncomfortable. That kind of attention really stood out. Would recommend this tour. Good guide, good vibes, and well organized.

5.00This was amazing. It was my first time in this type of activity and I can't believe my eyes. I have hiked quite a lot mountains but this experience was something else. Everything was beautiful and it was interesting path in cave. Also the guide was such a nice and reliable guy, I totally recommend him🥾🥾🥾

I really enjoyed crawling between the rocks and even getting covered in clay. A huge thank you to our guide – Giorgi. It was perfectly planned from the very beginning, meeting at Prometheus cave was simple and convenient, and transportation to the cave entrance was smooth. The guide Giorgi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and also very friendly. He made sure I felt safe and confident throughout the adventure, while also sharing fascinating information about the cave’s history and geology. His passion for caving really made the experience even more special. The cave itself is breathtaking dramatic rock formations, narrow passages, and exciting climbs made it a true adventure!
