Drive your own car through our Safari Park! This self-guided tour allows guests to see more than 150 exotic animals and native Florida wildlife like white-tailed deer, bison, wildebeest, zebras, watusi, and oryx, to name a few. Buckle up for your wildest car ride yet! Travel down gravel paths within our Drive-thru Safari Park and discover more than 100 native and exotic animals roaming freely. During your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals often only found around the world. Enjoy identifying species from as far away as the African savanna to others from the deciduous forests of North America, all from the comfort of your own car.

Drive your own car through our Safari Park! Check out a massive pond inside the park dedicated exclusively as a home for all “nuisance” alligators, trapped by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) SNAP program. Stop and hand feed our incredible giraffes for a once in a lifetime experience.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to both the Drive Through Safari and the Gator Park! This was our second visit to both and was just as awesome as our first one. We saw the exotic animal encounters and gator feeding show at the Gator Park. Lunch at the Chomp House was very impressive! The Safari was enlarged since our previous visit and was even more amazing with additional animals and large, open spaces for them to roam. These attractions are highly recommended and well worth the drive!

Girls weekend for 3 over 60 yr olds! Great experience at both the safari and the airboat ride! Captain Steve was a lot of fun!

Not many different kind of animals. I would not recommend. Very disappointed. To many of the same animals just different spots.

It was a fun way to see the animals in a more natural setting. I would have liked more information about the animals (like pictures and descriptions about each animal so I know what I’m looking at). I would have also liked more info about the park’s conservation efforts. Having something like that in an app would be awesome. It was also nice to be able to get a quick bite to eat at the Chomp House though the service was a little slow.

The Gator park was a good experience. I enjoyed all the signs they had with 'gator facts'. They had more animals in cages (monkeys, birds, etc.) in a walk thru section and also had a petting zoo for the kids. I didn't do the petting zoo because my kid is 18, haha. As for the Drive Thru Safari, it's a great place to see animals up close. You can drive at your own pace and take as much time as you need. My only 'issue' is that there were a few vehicles that would stop and look at the animals for 5 minutes, which is their right to do. I just wish they pulled over far enough to the side to where other vehicles could get by. Other than that, great place and recommend going!

This was for my son, daughter and her 4 kids. The kids had a blast. The animals were very interactive. Kids enjoyed feeding the animals.

The captain of the boat was helpful and good. It was a cold morning around 32 deg and we wore layers.. it actually warmed up fast and wasn’t as bad as we expected as far as how cold we thought it would be. Learned a lot about Manatees and some about the springs. I think swimming with the Manatees would be the best experience. Don’t see that much from the boat because they are under the water and the springs don’t look clear as usual when the Manatees come there because they cause the water to be much less clear. I didn’t know that it is a trade-off. I expected that it would be very clear water and I would see the Manatees much better than they appeared. The springs are likely very beautiful when the Manatees aren’t in them- they go there to Keep warm when temperatures drop too Much, then they leave again, from what I understand by what the captain of the boat said. I didn’t get any decent photos like I hoped to get. You see them below in the water but it is not real clear. They regularly pop their noses or heads out of the water, so they can breathe. Sometimes you see just the tail as they flip under the water. It is usually so fast and not much of their bodies popping-up/being seen, that I ended up wasting my time taking my good camera with me and didn’t get any decent photos with my cell. We went early morning so we probably saw more than a typical middle of the day cruise? I hoped to see more birds than we did as well. I am glad that I went or I would have always wished that I had of gone. Knowing what I know now, once is enough for me, unless I go swim with them! Captain was super friendly and informative and did a good job.

We love this place what an experience so awesome how close you and the animals get to one another and how big the property is truly a must do!!
