In this wine tasting, you will sample five distinct premium local wines (two whites, one rosé, two reds), all crafted from local varieties. We will properly explain the characteristics of the wines and the history of the wineries. It's like a little travel around Romania in the heart of Bucharest! What else? Water and a mixed plate of cheese and cuts of meat (cheese only for vegetarians) are also included!

4.00Dario was very informative about the 5 wines we tasted. He told us about the region in Romania where the grapes were grown. The charcuterie platter was wonderful.

5.00Held at Abel's wine bar the gentleman gave an excellent description of every wine tasted where it came from ant the grape variety. We we given plenty of time to try each wine (2 x white 1 x rose 2 X red) along with a selection of meat and cheeses a pleasant experience all round very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

5.00Perfect introduction to Romanian wines. The wine bar was a great venue. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We enjoyed trying new grape varieties. The cheese and wine platter was tasty and complimented the wines.

5.00A great experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bucharest, the tasting was interesting and generous, an easy way to sample lots of local wines to find your favourite, plus a delicious meats / cheeses platter is included. Dario was knowledgeable and funny a great host.

5.00This was simply an amazing experience. I was the only one on this tour and it was one of the highlights of my Bucharest visit. I was generous quantities of wine and the charcuterie board. There was no rush and I was given enough time to really enjoy this experience! Thank you so much for being an amazing host, and also for the spicy jam! Highly recommend this tour!
