5.00One exiting trip with the train to the wine valley of Jolly Vinters. Wonderful place, great hosts and day full of joy and laughter. Taste of wine and traditional meal. Would definitely visit again !

5.00The wine tasting and the tour are really worth it. The tasting happens at the edge of the river, across the rock formations - the Ritli. But before that there is a tour of the surrounding hills. It is a trek uphill but you get to amazing vistas of the Iskar River Gorge. The wine and food are excellent and plentiful - generous servings of different wines (Ioved the rose) and homemade bread and pies, local cheeses and sausages. But the most wonderful part are the stories that Dimitar and Ivana tell about the local history, myths and tales. And about their wines. Strongly recommend that you try it. The wine is plenty so if you feel like indulging, you can get the train. The views are magnificent as the train follows the Iskar River Gorge.
