Our private Wolf's Lair & Treblinka Tour combines 2 very important World War 2 sites: Hitler headquarters and a death camp. This tour starts and ends in Warsaw. If you are limited with time and interested in WW2 and the Holocaust, this is an option for you.

Wolf's Lair (Wolfschanze) is located in Mazury Lake District (former Eastern Prussia), 4 hours drive from Warsaw. Complex contains over 80 buildings including massive bunkers for high-ranking German Officials like Göring, Bormann, and Hitler, among others. The quarters were a self-sufficient town and in 1944 about 2000 people lived here. During WW2 Hitler spend over 800 days in Wolf's Lair and this was also the site of an assassination attempt on his life.

Treblinka Memorial

Treblinka II was a German Nazi death camp, located 100km to the East from Warsaw. It operated for 1 year during World War 2 and number of victims was over 800 000. You will not see there authentic buildings because Germans destroyed the camp in 1943. We will start our visit from the Museum where you will watch 2 short movies about Reinhard Action and Treblinka Camp. You will also see there model of the camp. Then we will take a walk to the monument site. Afterwards we will continue to Treblinka I, which was a penal labour camp.You will have a chance to see there gravel quarry - place of slavey work and the execution site.

This trip is a well designed and skillfully delivered by the experts at each site. Anna provided comfortable transportation and detailed insights about all aspects of the Treblinka camp. Jadwiga was equally knowledgeable at Wolf’s Lair. In addition to sharing their vast historical facts and figures on these tours, they were also very personable. Each quickly found a way to effectively communicate with us and made our tour a complete success!

Had a great tour to Wolf’s Lair and Treblinka with Anna.She picked me up at my hotel and although it was a long day we had several rest stops along the way.Anna is just a joy to be around.She is obviously knowledgeable about the tour subjects but she is also a wealth of knowledge about all things Polish.She suggested other tours I might be interested in based on our conversation and recommended some local restaurants.She even called and made a reservation for me.What a legend. I highly recommend this tour and i can’t wait to get back to Poland and tour with IntoPoland and hopefully Anna in the near future.

We had a wonderful time on this tour with Anna, our guide. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable with a warm and approachable manner. She even took the effort to cater to our requests and also showed us some delicious local treats. Communication and arrangement prior to the tour was clear and pickup was smooth and on time. We started with Wolf’s Lair and later Treblinka. Although it was a long tour with many hours in the car, it was never a dull moment. Anna is very informative and we enjoyed learning about the places we visit. We highly recommend this tour with Intopoland to anyone who is interested in history and culture, especially those who appreciate engaging and informative guides.

We experienced so much more on this excursion than we expected. The Treblinka Memorial was very moving, and Anna, our guide, pointed out bone fragments can still be discovered on the grounds. Very surreal. The trip to Wolf’s Lair is 4 hours each way. We were wondering if it would be worth it since we only had a few days in Warsaw. We were astounded at how much of the remains were still there. Our guide at Wolf’s Lair was really interested. We are so happy we went. Anna was a wonderful travel partner with very interesting travel stories and a great sense of humor. If you are going to spend 9 hours in a car with someone, you won’t find anyone more charming than Anna.
