1.00This was a bait and switch situation. We thought we had bought a tour of the coliseum. It turned out it was only a tour of the exterior. I’ve used Viator before with a better result!

2.00It was a very unfortunate experience. We did not manage to enter the Colosseum due to wrong information by the organiser of the guided tour on times. The reservation we had did not at all correspond to available times. We missed it! Even worse is the fact that eventhough they admitted they had not informed us properly and promised to refund the cost, afterwards they keep on not refunding now that we returned back home. Very insulting behaviour by Arena tours

1.00Waste of money, the guide did not tell anything useful or informative.. the way its written on the plan it feels that the guide will be with us inside the Colosseum, but he just spent his 1 hour taking us to the ticket counter and bringing back. We could have done this ourselves, so it was a waste..

4.00Read the description carefully! Guided tour of the Roman Forum only. Tickets to the Coliseum are not included. However, priority is given to buy a ticket to the Coliseum and you do not have to wait in line, very worth it! Easy to get guided during the waiting period until the Colosseum slot time occurred, about two hours from when we solved the ticket. Some unstructured info at the beginning of the tour about how the setup was. But plenty of nice staff who received and the guide (Julia?) Be nice and shared very interesting information with us. Recommend booking the tour, but as I said read carefully so that you are aware of what is included :-)

1.00This tour does not include any guide around the colloseum nor a ticket into it. We paid £65 to be shown a queue to buy tickets (for 3hours later) and the tour you are buying is of the Forum.
Wouldn’t recommend.

1.00We booked a same day walking tour, they were kind enough to push back the tour to the next half hour however even arriving 15 minutes before the tour started and after looking for their guide for about 25 minutes with no signs for this tour company we missed it. Plenty of other options for the area with tour guides with visible signs. Wouldn’t recommend. We wasted time and money.

1.00Travelers should know this experience is booked with a SCAM company. We booked the 11:30 slot, didn’t start the tour until 12.15. The colosseo tickets had already sold out for the day so we didn’t see it at all. Terrible experience been shipped from the meeting point to the ticket office. A lot of confusion and false information. Do not book this experience. Go to the ticket office directly yourself first thing, we wish we had.
