Our Breath & Reset Morning is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling clear, grounded, and re-energised. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Ballyburren, this guided experience blends breathwork, meditation, and contrast therapy to support both body and mind. Arrival & Welcome Tea - 09:30am Our instructor will meet and greet you at our main car park and take you down to the wellness trail for a nice tea. Guided Breathwork Session - 09:45am Learn powerful breathing techniques to release tension, calm the nervous system, and improve mental clarity. Short Guided Meditation - 10:30am A gentle session to centre your mind and deepen relaxation. Sauna & Cold Shower Experience - 11:00am Boost circulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing with contrast therapy. Light Snack & Tea - 12:15pm Enjoy a nourishing snack to finish your morning. Finish - 1pm Make your way back to our main car park feeling relaxed, energised and refreshed.
