Xcaret Night Ticket includes - Entrance from 4pm and you can enjoy the Underground Rivers (open until 5.30pm), Coral Reef Aquarium (open until 6.45pm), Butterfly Pavilion and Aviary (open until 6.30pm), Horse Show, Papantla Flying Men, Pre-Hispanic Dances, Jungle Trail.
Xcaret Plus Ticket - Includes one lunch buffet. Includes one beer and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, flavored waters, and coffee) while consuming food.
Xcaret Plus Ticket - Also includes the access to Plus Area facilities (dressing rooms, restrooms and lockers).
Children's prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children's fare. Infants 0-4 years are free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Snorkelling equipment rental is $10.99 USD (requires a $25 USD refundable deposit)

Underwhelming, overpriced and very sad for the animals

3.00Had high hopes for this day out - left feeling underwhelmed. Booked Xcaret Plus tickets online and we grabbed a taxi from the hotel to the park. On arrival first impressions were good, swift entry with no queues. Found the plus area easily, and obtained a locker token. We decided to do the “dry” activities first with the plan to go back and then do the wet activities later. Headed for the puma and jaguar enclosure- only to see a couple signs suggesting that they weren’t there! All the other animals we passed throughout the day looked sad and had teeny enclosures - the poor sea turtles - need to be in bigger areas! Just seemed to be a lot of walking through random footpaths. We headed back to our lockers to get sorted for the wet activities. The underground river - well…. I suppose you could say it was a relaxing experience, if you take away the stink of the water and the groups of people at the photo stations holding everything up! The snorkelling area - we popped by but didn’t stop - crowds all crammed into a small area snorkelling on top of each other! Walked back to the lockers to dry off and change for lunch - buffet by the horse show was good - food was plentiful and not a long wait for a table - this part was well organised by staff. After lunch headed to the 360 tower and then paradise river. It took 5 mins to go around a smelly river whilst almost being capsized due to 4 extremely large “boned” people on the boat with us!! My husband and I are laughing about how this was the highlight of the day (tongue in cheek!) by 4pm we were done and grabbed a taxi back to hotel. We can’t work out how people manage a full day and then stay on for the evening show. Would we return - nope, is it a tourist trap - yep! Was it worth the £250 entry for 2 of us - no.. especially when a quick google search will show the park makes $100,000 a day profit - that’s right profit!!

5.00Fantastic place with all the conditions and availability for the offers it proposes. The underground rivers and the night spectacle are, in my opinion, the cherry on top of the cake.

5.00Xcaret as always is a winner. Whenever we visit Cancun we try to go here. The main treat for us is the river ride-it is just so relaxing. I don’t understand those who race through this. The evening show is the other highlight. Even though our Spanish is limited at best, the music and spectacle is amazing. Then the rest of the day is just wandering. Or you can do multiple other activities. This is just the best mix of things to do. We’ve tried some of the other parks like Xplor and Xel-Ha, but Xcaret has them all beat.
