5.00Fabulous all day activity for the whole family! This is a well organized and very fun day of adventure. All of the facilities from the transport vans to the bathrooms to the picnic areas are new, clean, and well maintained. The ziplines into the water are a lot of fun, and the locations and various jungle cenotes are beautiful. Even though it was peak high season, it didn't feel rushed or crowded. I've done 2 cenote tours in the Riviera Maya area and this was by far the best for it's professionalism, safety, organization, and all day fun!!

5.00We haven't had long before we begin to delve into the Xcaret experience. But with all certainty I can say that it is one of the best things one can do in Cancun and enjoy this experience. My family and I are more than grateful to all the staff (especially Aldo and Mike, who were very lucky to have been our guides throughout the tour, with their good humor, experience, charisma and vocation) and the cenotes themselves. They are wonderful, their natural beauty makes anyone fall in love with them, and the fact that it is a natural attraction and the environment is cared for and valued is very cool. I am impressed by the organization they have. The photographs are of very good quality and they are always on the lookout to immortalize every moment with their ability to take photos. In conclusion, is it worth it?…. Even the question offends

5.00Hands down our favorite Xcaret activity! Joshua was an awesome guide! Very knowledgeable about the flora, fauna, and Mayan history. He was the perfect balance of fun and safety. LOVED it and will do it again on our next trip. Our 76 year old mother did all the activities on this tour and really enjoyed it. (And she doesn't know how to swim!) This was the favorite of all our adult kids as well! If you have an opportunity to take this tour, DO IT! So unique, interesting, and FUN!!!

5.00Excellent tour! Very relaxing, fun, and somewhat adventurous. Our tour guide Katina was amazing and very informative. I also loved that we had a professional photographer with us the entire time and he captured the most beautiful photos while we got to simply enjoy our surroundings.
Awesome tour. Eddie, our tour guide, was Awesome!

5.00This was a great tour! Our tour guide "Eddie" was awesome. We had 8 people in our group and one was on crutches (a 15-year-old), and at first, there were concerns about his participation but Eddie did everything he could to make sure that person was able to participate in all of the activities but one. Eddie also did a great job giving information and facts about the different Cenotes that we went to (4). He also had great music in the van. Our photographer, Jahzeel, did a great job and got some excellent action shots.
Highly recommend for a little adventure in your relaxing vacation

5.00We decided to try a tour this time as we usually just relax at our hotel during our Mexico trips. We booked with Marco online ahead of our trip and Rosa Maria was very helpful ironing out the details, at the tour desk at our hote(Excellence RC)l. We highly recommend this tour to add a little spice to your Mexcican vacation. It was a good combo of adventure( zip-lining, repelling, cliff jumping,, kayaking) along with floating down a cenote river. The scenery was beautiful and they provided a nice build your own sandwich lunch. Our tour guide was Angel and he was fantastic! He was super knowledgable about the cenotes and history of Mexico, including the various wildlife. Angel was good at moving the tour along and also making sure we had the sufficient amount of time to enjoy each location. Our photographer Jose captured great moments and sent us the link to our photo package very quickly. Overall a great excursion with memories that will last a lifetime.

5.00This was by far the best trip we did throughout the whole holiday. Our tour guide Angel (papa monkey) was so good at planning our day for us and was very knowledgeable of the history and descriptions of each cenote we visited. We did 4 different cenotes that gave us the chance to zip line across them, jump off rocks, kayak and snorkel. You got offered dinner which was also bang on after plenty of swimming and walking, few beers didn’t go a miss neither. If we could do this again I would do it in a heartbeat.

5.00The cenotes were absolutely fantastic and very well organised! There was a zip line into the first one, we swam in the second and kayaked in another. Not too strenuous as a day (we have an 8 yr old) and we would certainly recommend it very highly!

5.00This was truly an amazing experience and my favorite activity while my husband and I were staying at Hotel Xcaret Arte. The guides were very engaging and funny, the tours groups were small which adds to a fun/family like atmosphere as we cheered each other on at each activity, the xenotes themselves were stunning, etc etc. I could go on and on. It also had a little bit of every activity that you would find at other parks (swimming, snorkeling, zip lining, high jumps, rafting/kayaking). Because of this, I felt like I already experienced a lot and didn't feel like I missed out with similar activities at other parks if the lines were too long, or if I ran out of time. I highly recommend doing this tour if you are in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area as it truly is unique and an adventure!
