Indulge your love for adventure at Xplor Adventure Park, located less than an hour from Cancun. Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Swim in underground rivers, or paddle a raft through caverns adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Then dig into an all-you-can eat buffet lunch offering delicious and healthy food. Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.

It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.

Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

For children under 5 activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.

The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license

Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)

Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

The Voucher schedule is informative.

If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

Start your day with a relaxing 45-minute journey in an air-conditioned minivan from your Cancun hotel to Xplor Adventure Park. Once you arrive, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a range of exciting activities at your own pace.

ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Some zip lines take you into the depths of underground caves, where you’ll race through dark crevices and grottoes. One of the zip lines even ends with a thrilling splash into a sparkling cenote.

Very fun, but plan on being there the entire time the park is open to experience everything.

I booked this as an excursion from our cruise ship for myself and my two sons aged 22 and 18. The park is great and super fun, but you really need the FULL day to enjoy it all. It is like a jungle theme park with lines for entrance to each activity area: zip lines, aquatic vehicle, water slide, or river through the caves. Paths to each activity take you through the underground caves, which are well lit, with many photo opportunities. I felt that in spite of all of the people, they had lots of staff available to help, and the lines moved quickly. Our ship docked in Cozumel, and I had to get a ferry pass from Cozumel to Playa Del Carmen. From there, a large bus picked us up and took us to the park. The ferry takes 45 mins to cross, but you need to factor in wait time before boarding, as well as waiting for the bus to pick you up. We left the cruise ship at 7:30am, but didn’t get to the park until about 10am. The bus was to take us back to the ferry terminal at 4:50pm, but we had be back to our cruise ship by 3:30pm, so we ended up taking a taxi back to the ferry at 1:30pm, in order to meet the cruise ferry at 2pm. I would recommend taking a taxi from the ferry terminal rather than waiting for the bus if you are limited on time. Currently the taxi cost approx $22. Getting the taxi was quite easy. If you are limited on time, like we were, I would recommend choosing a package without transportation and either taking a taxi or ubering there after the ferry. It’s much faster. We bought a ferry ticket from the cruise ship, which saved us, as we went with all of the other cruise guests who booked an excursion taking the ferry, and they held the ship for us as we all arrived 30 mins after the ship was to depart. I didn’t have to worry. Due to limited time, we were only able to do one small part of the park. As I mentioned before, to do everything, you need the entire day, and you need to be efficient. We spent our time with the activities involving the river through the caves. We did the path where we walked through the river, we swam in the river, and we did the raft through the river. The air was hot and the water pleasantly cool, which felt great. Then we ate lunch at the buffet. While there were a LOT of people in line to enter the single restaurant, it moved fairly quickly as they have a system that efficiently directed us to a table where we placed our helmets, and then we left to explore the buffet. They had a variety of gourmet salads (buffet style) as well as fruit stations. They had pasta and burgers as well as sirloin steak, pork chops and more. It was surprisingly good! Lots of dessert, including sugar free and vegan options. Keep in mind that it IS buffet style, feeding huge amounts of people, so there are some drawbacks inherent there, but the park did their best to mitigate them. Our huge disappointment was not being able to stay to enjoy the aquatic vehicles, zip line, and water slide. The things we had to miss looked very, very fun. It was hard to leave early.

Our experience at the park was excellent. The park had so many fun activities for everyone and is definitely worth doing everything. The food was good and there were lots of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend getting the pictures package as this saved us the headache of consistently taking our own. There are numerous designated picture spots where you can take unlimited photos, as well as on the attractions themselves. This is a must visit with families while in Cancun.

This was an absolute blast! Every penny was worth it. The lines were surprisingly short, and the bus was clean and air-conditioned. The restaurant was great in terms of spacing out the customers. Everything was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely a must if staying in Cancun! The ziplines, canoe, caves, ATVs all brilliant. Such a good day out. Food great for lunch and loved the beverage stations to use all day for cold drinks between actives. The transport was great and well organised.
