Indulge your love for adventure at Xplor Adventure Park, located less than an hour from Cancun. Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Swim in underground rivers, or paddle a raft through caverns adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Then dig into an all-you-can eat buffet lunch offering delicious and healthy food. With round-trip hotel transport, entrance fees and lunch included, this all-inclusive tour is perfect for families.

Important: Minimum age is 5 years old.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.

It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.

Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

For children under 1 mt tall activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.

The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license

Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)

Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

The Voucher schedule is informative.

If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs)

We accept changes of visit dates from one day to another with the restriction of one day before.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.

In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Some zip lines take you into the depths of underground caves, where you’ll race through dark crevices and grottoes. One of the zip lines even ends with a thrilling splash into a sparkling cenote.

This was a wonderful place with exciting adventures. Gorgeous every which way you turn! But beware it’s a crazy amount of walking and climbing ramps and steps.

Amazing amazing amazing is all I can say. We did everything! Huge water slide, jeeps, long rivet swim, raft and water expedition with another fun water slide and did the zip line course twice. We are young early 50’s and found this park easy to navigate and traverse. We loved the heart and the artery theme. Lunch buffet was top notch and even loved the beverage and cookie snacks provided. This park really blew our minds and we will be doing research on how this park was created and who designed it. Simply amazing, and we will do this next time we are back in Cancun!

This park exceeded my expectations! Everything was absolutely amazing! Incredible zipline that takes you on 7 different lines, 2 of which land in water and through a waterfall. The underground river exploration was my second favorite. The only down side was there was a lot of walking and climbing involved. Sometimes we felt like we walked a mile in the caves just to get to the next activity. Don’t worry about wearing sunscreen or getting overheated because you will be underground most of the day. The food was delicious and lots of drink choices too.

This park is so much fun!! You WILL do a lot of walking so bring comfortable water shoes, a change of dry clothes for when you leave, and a towel. My favorite was the water slide and the zip-lining!!

We bought our tickets through Viator. Got picked up at our hotel around 07:40am went to the park got checked in and given a helmet and locker keys which are included in the price. The park is very easy to navigate around excellent signposting. We only had to queue once and that was for the water xlide (approx 30 min wait). All the experiences are amazing!! The 4x4 vehicles were brilliant and there are two different tracks you can follow. The buffet lunch was fabulous too so much choice and variety certainly one of the best buffet lunches we’ve had on an excursion. We were taken back to our hotel at 5pm. A brilliant day out for anyone wanting a thrill seeking adventure!

An excellent day out, very well organised from pick up and return. Would recommend fully not maybe for young children below 7, as restrictions apply. Very energetic day and you need to be pretty well organised and reasonably active to complete all the activities (we did!). The best water slide ever, worth doing, it will scare you😀👍

Best theme park ever been too, amazing waterslide, ziplines were good, the cenote rafting was amazing. Really good buffet which surprised me. The water landings on the ziplines and hammocks were so good. Wearing the helmets was a bit odd though.

This experience was excellent and I’ll definitely be back. The transportation was on time and the buses were comfortable. The driver was great and the drivers helper was awesome and explained everything. The park employees were great, attentive, and kept ride times down. I will definitely be back to let my daughter experience it. The admission fee was definitely reason for the experience and the amazing food! The buffet was the bomb.com, and the workers there were amazing as well. This park gets a 10/10 from me!
