Indulge your love for adventure at Xplor Adventure Park, located less than an hour from Cancun. Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Swim in underground rivers, or paddle a raft through caverns adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Then dig into an all-you-can eat buffet lunch offering delicious and healthy food. With round-trip hotel transport, entrance fees and lunch included, this all-inclusive tour is perfect for families.
Important: Minimum age is 5 years old.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
For children under 1 mt tall activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.
The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
The Voucher schedule is informative.
If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.

ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. 5.00It seemed quite expensive initially but actually it was really worth the money. We had transfers from our accommodation got to the venue before 9am so we could get on some of the experience before the rest of the public arrived. It was very organised so very short queues. The food and drinks were included in the price the choice in the buffet was excellent. The actual activities were fun with zip wires ,rafting in the caves and many more . We headed home at 5pm long day but really worth the money.

5.00Visited with two preteens, had a great time! We were picked up at our hotel and were able to enjoy every major attraction at the park. The highlight was the Toboganxote/water slide. The ATV and zip lines were a lot of fun. I highly recommend this park for any active families that enjoy adventure. There is a lot of walking and going up stairs, ladders, and hills, so be ready to sweat. The provided lunch was good. I recommend the Tamarind juice.

5.00This was the highlight of our trip to Mexico. Many adventures to be had, the zip-lining was exhilarating. The water slide was scary the first time, but fantastic the 2nd time. The park is well planned and a must-do. The buffet lunch was okay, but that’s on par for buffet. Full-disclosure, buffets aren’t really my thing.
If you do every activity, you will need every minute up to the 5PM pickup time! And it will be worth it!

5.00You won’t be disappointed! Any review that says you’ll have to sit around until 5pm for pickup is only half right. We had a 6:55am pickup, which to be fair was early, but the bus was spacious and comfortable. Think greyhound. We were brought to a central location where we changed to a second bus, and again had an incredibly comfortable ride. Also, Angel and Gabriel were awesome bus guides and told you everything you needed to know about the park. Once we got there, we were immediately off to our first activity. We did everything except for the underground terrain walk and by the time we finished we were speaking to the boys and got there with 15 minutes before 5pm, exactly when they told us to be there. There’s no way someone finished by 2pm and had nothing to do. It was awesome! And the water slide was amazing! Definitely worth the trip!

5.00Xplor park was amazing! The experience from zip lining to swimming in the caves was something I will remember. Everything was so easy to navigate. The fact that I got a workout out of this was just a plus in my book and my son enjoyed it! The buffet style restaurant that they have is 5 stars. So many options to choose from and you could eat as many times as you want. The staff were amazing. It was literally like 9 minutes from where I was staying. The staff spoke English really well. I would definitely come back again.

5.00We really loved the experience!! We didn’t do everything and that was honestly by choice due to our hair but I believe there was a lot of time to do everything. The only issues is that when we lost something ie a water shoe in the water we had to wait for around 3 hrs to get it back and during that time we were expected to walk barefoot which was unsafe and hurt! We loved the food!!!

5.00I am a fan of Xplor. This park is amazing! Fun, diverse, in the middle of nature and with delicious food available. The staff is welcoming, attentive and always attentive. The park is super well marked and the attractions, despite a lot of people, are in fast queues. I've been twice and would easily go again. And when we get tired, there are points with varied juices available and the restaurant with a huge buffet, with excellent quality food (all included in the price). The lockers are also included in the price.

5.00Great park lots to do. Zip lines and the slide were super fun. Everything is so organized. Buffet has options for everyone and food was really good.
