Indulge your love for adventure at Xplor Adventure Park, located less than an hour from Cancun. Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Swim in underground rivers, or paddle a raft through caverns adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Then dig into an all-you-can eat buffet lunch offering delicious and healthy food. With round-trip hotel transport, entrance fees and lunch included, this all-inclusive tour is perfect for families.

Important: Minimum age is 5 years old.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.

It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.

Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

For children under 5 activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.

The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license

Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)

Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

The Voucher schedule is informative.

If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs)

We accept changes of visit dates from one day to another with the restriction of one day before.

Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.

In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Some zip lines take you into the depths of underground caves, where you’ll race through dark crevices and grottoes. One of the zip lines even ends with a thrilling splash into a sparkling cenote.

Xplor was fantastic! All the water sports activities were amazing ATVs were the crown jewel. The reason I have 4 stars is because they do not accommodate for women with larger lower brows like hips and butt, on the zip line. I’ve been on ziplines all over the world and have never had an issue with fitting a zip line harness over my thighs. I would recommend them getting more inclusivity in that area. For reference, I have a small waist and I’m in shape

Excellent way to spend a beautiful day for thrill seekers. We loved the zip lining and driving the jeep around the different terrains. I loved driving into the mud. Wish they had better photo qualities. Our least favorite were the waterslides. Not worth the wait at all. But overall Xplor park was the kids’ favorite activity day out of the entire trip. You’ll be on your own the entire day though, tour guide doesn’t stay with you.

Definitely plan to spend the entire day here so that you get to experience everything without being rushed. So fun!! The red zip lines were our favorite!

Worst waste of money the entire vacation. Experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant. Workers are very rude, crowd even ruder. It's very crowded, you feel rushed into everything. There's no way to do all activities. But then there's people milling around everywhere in the way. People stopping for pictures was extremely disruptive to the flow of traffic. We called it the picture hustle. It's 89.00 to start for all pictures, you can't buy just one. The caves were very interesting and beautiful. If only there weren't people howling the entire time. Be careful in the caves, they are poorly lit I smashed my knee on a rock really good. The one zip line literally closed and didn't inform the line and made people go down to the bottom and go in the working line. Lines were very excessive, we didn't even get to ride the water slide. No guidance at all. Hooked my husband up backwards on the tallest zip line. He has a fear of heights, he was doing well with us going together, facing forward. She didn't explain to him that she was hooking him up backwards, just did so and told him "you're going backwards" and made him go. No choice. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I got yelled at for smoking when it was never said that it's anon-smoking park. Well, maybe it was said during when tour guide dude was speed reciting all the rules and what to do, switching between Spanish and English that my brain gave up trying to follow. I will never go back. Honestly, I wish I could get some of my money back. Signs are confusing beyond belief. Everything is confusing to be blunt. I thought when I booked the tickets we would have a guide or something. Not even a map. Wifi is very sketchy, so good luck using the app. Late to picking us up. Confusing pick up. I have never hated a day so much in my life. Such a waste. If you have social anxiety, this is your worst nightmare. Stay away. Food is terrible. Most of the "hot" food is inedible and not at all hot. Massively disappointing. Worst part is the amount of people on the return bus (that were told to meet in the heart and almost missed the bus) that had the same issues as us. Driver not even wearing red as promised by site. Late getting back, almost missed an appointment despite being reassured repeatedly we'd be back in plenty of time. Under different management/company this place would be utterly incredible. It's such a shame to see money hungry humans ruin such a beautiful and fun concept. Viator site was very responsive. Their communication was always helpful, with quick responses. I would book a DIFFERENT activity through them again.

It’s been a nightmare trying to get into the parks. People at Xcaret and Xplor had us waiting for more than an hour saying they can’t find my reservation because they said it has to start with OT I finally gave them the number and they say they still have to call Viator to confirm. Never again will use Viator
