• Unique highlight in Sint Maarten! A must for SW lovers!

  It’s not a huge facility, but it was packed with more gems than I could imagine. Tons of Star Wars, but also lots of other great movies and different actors. After taking 40 mins and tons of pictures to review and read later, the highlight was talking to David for another 20-30 mins! He answered all our questions, and we had a great conversation. He is humble and generous and has a great non-profit everything he does there supports. There are original movie script excerpts you can read (that often differ from SW movies), tons of pictures you won’t see elsewhere, and busts of more famous people than you would expect. Also, make sure to goto the bathroom- you will laugh for sure, and not want to leave for a while! Bring some extra cash and support the non profit while picking out a unique SW gift for someone (or yourself!)

  I really enjoyed my time here! The staff was amazing! Even snapped a pic with Nick with our family! To see the work he has done over the years and to see some of the relics of his art firsthand satisfied the nerd in me lol. There were projects he was a part of that I wasn't aware of! • A Must See for Star Wars and Special Effects Fans

  Our visit to the Yoda Guy Museum was the unexpected highlight of our stop in Phillipsburg. Nick Maley had his hand, literally, in the fantasy faces and creatures of 54 Hollywood movie productions. At every turn, in his labyrinth of displays, we gasped “OMG, he did that one too!” We relived many movie memories, but with new appreciation from a studio artist insider’s perspective. Chatting with Nick, himself, was a treat. He certainly had a “storied” career, and he delights now in inspiring young folks in pursuing the arts.

  My husband loves all things Star Wars and this museum did not disappoint him. We met Mr Maley and he is such a sweet and interesting gentleman. Such a creative soul. He described some of the processes and way things were intended v what they came out in the theatre. I am so glad he kept his memorabilia and is willing to share with everyone. It is well worth the price of admission and it interested me when I hate Star Wars. Thank you for sharing Mr Maley

  This museum is one of the best for not just Star Wars fans, but movie lovers all over the world! Terminator, Hellraiser, Highlander, Men in Black, Lifeforce, and so much more. It is a small area, and if you like to take your time, it can range from as little as 30 minutes to however long you wish to stay. There is so much history, behind the scenes secrets, rare memorabilia, and my husband and I even got to meet Nick Maley, “That Yoda Guy”, himself. He was super kind and easy to talk to. For $20 a person, it might seem a little much, but it is worth going through and even getting a photo with Maley for free! They are nonprofit, and one of their projects is to build a new Yoda Puppet, like in the Original Star Wars Trilogy.   Fun museum with lots of Star Wars and SciFi movie memorabilia. Nick Maley was there to greet visitors and take a photo and even sign autographs. It was a fun stop on our tour of Philipsburg.

  The last thing I expected to find in Phillipsburg was a Star Wars museum. It is a small but fascinating exhibit located not far from the water taxi station. The owner, Nick Maley is friendly, engaging, and generous with his time. He was involved in making several well known films including the original Star Wars trilogy. He answered questions and took photos with me. He has several unique collectors items for sale that would be hard to come by elsewhere. This was a fun surprise for a life-long Star Wars fan.

  A veritable treasure trove of movie artifacts and not just from Star Wars. Nick and Gloria are delightful people and fun to talk to, and if you are a fan of vampires, they've written a novel and have it for sale. I'm only 30 pages in and am enjoying it very much.

  We visited Yoda guy movie exhibit on January 2026. It is located near cruiseship port and in the Jewerly store street (Front Street). You cannot find the parking in front of this museum. We parked our rent car in some place about 17mins' walking distance away. If you are interested in movie like Star wars, Man in Black, Terminator etc., you will have fun and get behind the scence information. Our favorite part was meeting with Nick Maley at the end of the exhbit. He answered our questions well, and we took pictures with him.
