Morning yoga in the park is an energizing experience to start your day in Bangkok. Lumphini park is fantastic, with its lakes, plants and animals (you will see big monitor lizards, birds, squirrels, turtles and more). Our yoga classes can be tailored for people with any experience in the practice. Beginners are welcome!

Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows. During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join! (The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes) Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger. It is not a competitive practice, and it should be lived as a tool for improving yourself inside and out. Join the practice and experience the rejuvenating power of yoga! Other things to note Don't worry if you are a newbie or an advanced practitioner. We will adapt classes to the needs of participants. Please plan on being at least 5 minutes early to get set up for class. Please let me know if you have any injuries prior to practicing.

5.00My wife and I had a fantastic time. The place is beautiful and the yoga class was truly wonderful. Even though we have very different levels of yoga experience, it wasn't a problem at all. The yoga teacher took excellent care of us.

5.00What an amazing way to start my trip! Nice to stretch out after the 15 hour flight and experience beautiful Lumphini Park- monitors all over, beautiful trees and flowers. My teacher Sung was fantastic! I was lucky enough to have a one on one class and she tailored it to match my experience while challenging me quite a bit which I loved. She was very personable, great to talk to and a very accomplished yogi. Highly recommend and will do again.
