Our guide Suzuki was very knowledgeable and efficient. We set up our itinerary in advance based on his recommended route and our input. We spent a great six hours together!

Our day with Sami in Kamakura was wonderful! She is a top-notch guide who is kind and considerate. Sami took into account the need for fewer stairs and planned accordingly. She sent us ideas ahead of time and also information. This was so appreciated. Sami met us right on time and looked after us the whole day. She recommended a great place to go for lunch which we really enjoyed. Sami is a historian at heart and knowledgeable about places and people. We would definitely recommend Japan Guide Agency and absolutely Sami as your guide!

Enjoyable tour from Yokohama to Kamakura led by guides Ken and Shun, who accompanied us all the way by 3 trains and explained the history well. Apart from the Buddha, they also spent some time showing us Yokohama.

Yoshi took us to see the wonderful temples in Kamakura, which were magnificent, before showing us Yokohama's distinctly terrific Chinatown. We had a great time, and he was extremely knowledgeable about each of the places we visited. Anyone looking to get out of Tokyo for a fun day trip should take this tour!

Our guide Shinji was really good with taking us around Kamakura in a rainy day. He is so great with helping our 83 yo mother up and down the wet slippery stairs with patience. The only critique that we have is when he was waiting for us at the meeting point his name badge was not visible and he did not hold a sign with our name on it so we can recognize him.
