Service Process – Please Read Before Booking **Trip Confirmation (2 Days Before)** We will email you 2 days before your service to confirm your pick-up date, time, and location. Driver details are not provided in advance as they may change. **Driver Contact** The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or email the night before or on the day of service. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and reachable. **Airport Pick-Up – We offer two pick-up time options for airport transfers** 1. Flight Tracking (Recommended) -Select your pick-up time close to your flight’s scheduled arrival time. -The driver will track your flight and provide 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. 2. Selected Pick-up Time -You can choose your preferred pick-up time. -The driver will arrive around that time and provide 30 minutes of free waiting. -Flight tracking is not included for this option. If your selected pick-up time is more than 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, it will be treated as a “Selected Pick-up Time” option. **Non-Airport Pick-Up** For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at your confirmed meeting point (such as hotel lobby or entrance). ⏱ Overtime Charge: If the waiting time exceeds the free waiting period, an additional fee of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes will apply. **Vehicle Options – Fully insured, comfortable private cars with professional drivers** -Up to 5 passengers: Fits up to 5 suitcases (24-inch size). Toyota Alphard or similar. -Up to 8 passengers: Fits up to 8 suitcases. Toyota Hiace. Please select the vehicle type based on the total number of passengers and your luggage size. Pickups or drop-offs at the Yokohama Port (Osanbashi / Daikoku / Honmoku): ¥5,000 JPY extra, cash payment to driver.

5.00We had a little trouble meeting our transfer but it got sorted easily as driver used google translate or similar to communicate as he did not know much English. The vehicle was large enough for our bags and us. It was clean and very, very comfortable as it was a long drive from Tokyo to Yokohama. It was like sitting in an armchair. Well worth the money. So good after sitting in and aeroplane for 8 hours.

1.00the booked taxi did not turn up. the driver mentioned being hit at the rear end. the message came right at the agreed pickup time. with difficulties I had to immediately find a different taxi to get me to the airport. I am still awaiting the full refund from you.
