If you choose the non-Greet option, a detailed pickup map will be sent in advance. • All options include private transfer and luggage assistance to your hotel in Central Tokyo. • Pickup Time Guidelines: – If no specific time is noted, your pick-up will be based on your flight’s actual landing time, and the driver will provide 90 minutes of complimentary waiting from landing. – If you prefer a custom pick-up time, please note it in your booking. In this case, the driver will arrive at the requested time and wait for 30 minutes. Pick-up from Tokyo city or Yokohama City • Drivers will wait outside your hotel or designated location. • Meet & Greet is not recommended for departures—please select the non-Greet option for smoother coordination.
