5.00We booked the 16hr private tour of Malaysia from Singapore. Before booking this particular tour, I read the reviews which were very positive and talked about guide Andy in high regards. Well, im here to say that all the amazing reviews were 100% true! As early as a month before the trip, Andy started communicating with me by Whatsapp. He messaged to remind us of purchasing tickets to the towers, and even reminding us to fill out forms. As the date got closer, he messaged to confirm and gave us details of our transportation. We were picked up from our hotel by a Cross Border Taxi to take us across the border then meet Andy by the border where we transferred to his clean, spacious van. He was very personable and easy going. Very easy to talk to. He drove us and accompanied us at the tourist spots listed on the itinerary. He also recommended places to eat and gave us plenty of time to eat and not rush. He was very flexible. The best thing we all liked about Andy is how he treated us like family. We didn’t feel like just another group of tourists. He treated us like he was showing his family around. Overall, the tour went well and on time. We were able to see the popular sites in Kuala Lumpur. The most memorable part for our whole family though is our guide— Andy. Our family talked about him and agreed how wonderful of a person he was. So i highly recommend this tour and make sure it’s this one so you get Andy as your guide.

5.00We had an amazing tour experience with our land trip to Kuala Lumpur from Singapore. Our wonderful guide Andy had organised it stress free from the moment we we are picked up and then dropped off to our hotel. Andy has taken us to Malaysia famous tourist places, took lovely pictures- worthy of Instagram post!, recommended local dishes for us to try- all of it are delicious and plates was wiped clean!😆 On the personal note, I would like to thank Andy for showing great compassion, patience and understanding to my 80yo mother who has joined also in the said trip. Andy had ensured my mum has also enjoyed the said trip. Overall, I can confidently give a rate of 5/5 for our Kuala Lumpur tour experience and will also 100% recommend Andy to be your tour guide.

5.00Amazing time! We got to see so much & have enough time to explore at each stop. I had all information that was needed for the trip ahead of time. We saw many great sites, had awesome food, and did some shopping. Even with traveling with two children (ages 2 & 9), we were able to enjoy the itinerary. It was a great day!

5.00An amazing experience!!! Well before our trip, Andy communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered, including sending us the necessary links for tickets and documentation. Everything was seamless. The drive was very comfortable and while my son and I slept, Andy chatted with my husband about everything under the sun. He was always attentive, friendly and gracious, and kept us abreast of what to expect so that there were no unwelcome surprises. The sights we saw, both the main attractions and bits of local color, were easily bucket list items, and Andy was a wealth of knowledge. He allowed us room to be a bit adventurous, but was never too far away, and we never felt lost or unsafe, bored or hurried. Although I grew up in South East Asia, my son and husband had never been, and this was an important visit for me as it was an introduction to my homeland, and I have to say that the choice of things to visit was a wonderfully well-rounded selection, and I was extremely delighted that our guide was the epitome of hospitality, and I felt that when we departed, we were bidding adieu to not only an extraordinary experience, but a treasured new friend.

5.00Cross border cab picked us up on time at our Singapore hotel and took us to meet Andy across the Malaysian border. Andy gave us all the appropriate customs form links to fill out ahead of time and the process was smooth both directions. We snoozed in the comfortable van for most of the morning ride to the Kuala Lumpur area. Visit lengths to each site were appropriate to what we desired and Andy is very personable and knowledgeable. Andy also gave us food recommendations at each restaurant we stopped at and each one was delicious! We had great weather all day until the ride back to Singapore. Andy drove safely in very challenging, downpouring rain conditions. Our day was the full 16 hours, so be prepared! Thanks for a great experience, Andy!!

5.00Given the length and cost of this tour it was a big decision on whether to do this or not and wow am I sure glad we worked this into our Singapore visit schedule. Andy is a gem of a tour guide and driver - very kind and sharing so much knowledge of life in Malaysia and about Kuala Lumpur and the sites we visited. He also recommended places to eat and dishes to try. Logistically everything worked perfectly and we always felt safe. Thanks so much Andy for a wonderful experience and I hope you reach out if you visit Canada
