Our food tour will start at the central square of the city of Zagreb. While the square's official name is Ban Jelačić Square, locals call it Jelačić plac. It is located right below the old city cores called Kaptol and Gradec. In the 17th century the square was called Harmica, and it was used as a marketplace for the entire town. Today it's the heart of the city and most of the major events in Zagreb happen at Ban Jelačić Square.

After a very brief walk we will arrive at the European square. The square is overlooked by the cathedral and it often hosts outdoor events, such as craft markets and DJ sets. At the square you will be able to view a miniature model of the city of Zagreb, with all its major locations and streets.

Damian was an excellent guide! We had, sadly, a short time in Zagreb but I felt like we saw and tasted so much! The food was delicious and wine generous! I would completely recommend this tour:)

DAMJIN, Our guide was excellent. The food & wine delicious. The stuff pepper was beyond delicious. History always interesting. If you are not a wine drinker tell him at the start.

The food was excellent, but Damjan, the guide, was exemplary. Funny, knowledgeable, engaging. Would have been worth the trip even without the really delicious food and drink.

Patrik took us to hidden gems and pre ordered dishes with wine pairing all the while explaining Zagreb’s history a d rich culture Simply divine Would have liked a summary of culinary stops with food & wine Thank you very much for this experience.
