Your trip to Zakopane will start with picking up from a previously determined place in Krakow from a hotel or apartment. The journey from Krakow to Zakopane takes about 2 hours. Information about the driver who will pick you up the phone numbers to him and the color of the vehicle that will pick you up, you will receive the day before the planned trip.

5.00Me and my wife were the first customers after thd COVID-19 pandemic. Kuba was the person responsible for us, he was very punctual. He showed us the wooden houses and their church. Most importantly when we arrived to Zakopane he explained us what to do and where to go. Very good thing that tickets for cabel cart were included. I highly recommend this company.

4.00A wonderful day. Our driver arrived promptly and was very friendly and obliging. Choclolow was a lovely stop and our toasted goat’s cheese an unexpected treat. Zakopane is a lovely town and the view from the mountain top breathtaking. A most enjoyable and relaxing day, well worth doing.

5.00My mother, sister and I used 'Welcome in Cracow'for a day trip to Zakopane and would highly recommend it. Our driver was Kuba and he was very prompt, helpful and accommodating. Zakopane was a picturesque town and well worth the trip!

4.00As a solo traveller it was good to have hotel pick up. Guide was very accomodating and flexible. Went to interesting places and was thrilled to see snow in the ski resort. Lots to do there. Would be good for families as well.
