Following pickup from your hotel in Krakow, journey into the Tatra Mountains to experience the pristine nature of the highest mountain range in Poland. Get breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains on the way to Krupowki Street, Zakopane's commercial heart with lots of shops and restaurants serving local cuisine. Ride the cable car to take in breathtaking views. Breathe the fresh air as you explore the village of Chochołów. View the old-fashioned wooden houses as you walk through the village. Visit a Bacówka (Shepard's hut) to sample some salty oscypek cheese. Have the chance to purchase lunch at a traditional restaurant. Peruse local art at a unique folk sculpture studio. 🌟 5-Star Review – Zakopane Tour 🌟 We had an amazing day exploring Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains on this tour! Everything was organised perfectly from start to finish, and our tour leader Daniel was absolutely brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable. The itinerary was spot on: 🏡 Chochołów – loved the traditional wooden houses and peaceful village vibes. 🚠 Gubałówka Mountain – the funicular ride was smooth and the views at the top were unreal. 🛍️ Krupówki Street – plenty of time to wander, shop, and grab some proper local food. ⛷️ Wielka Krokiew Ski Jump – super cool to see in person! The transport was clean and comfy, hotel pick-up was right on time, and the whole day ran smoothly. it felt like amazing value — you get a full 9-hour experience without feeling rushed. If you’re staying in Krakow and want a chilled, scenic day out with loads to see, I’d 100% recommend this trip. Big shoutout to Daniel for making the day even better! 🙌

Our guide was Jordan, what a lovely guy. So interesting and knowledgeable and caring! I had to arrive late due to some dental work, he offered so many ways in which I could meet up and he was bending over backwards to make it work! I really appreciated that. Trip was fantastic, finished our holiday to Krakow on a high! What an experience!

We really enjoyed our trip with Michal for Hello Krakow. The entire experience was excellent, and felt safe and well looked after by Michal. Enjoyed all of the activities and Michal advised us about the local area too. Would definitely recommend!

Teh Zakopane trip was a good choice for an easier way of not having to rent a car and drive up, however IMO we made too many stops and could have spent more time in Zakopane and at the thermal baths if we could have cut out the smoked cheese and old town stop. The driver was very nice and professional and helpful. I just think if your going to be able to see more of Zakopane and spend more time at the baths it would be a nicer option. If you rent a car you can probably do it better on your own.

It was a fun tour and our guide Milo was amazing. Disappointed in the thermal baths which felt like a public YMCA pool but that is no reflection on our tour guide Milo

The whole day was very enjoyable. Picked up outside our hotel by a lovely guide he was about 5 minutes late but he rang to say he was a little bit late which was great. We then went to the shepherds hut to try to local cheese which he put on the fire for us to chargrill it. We then went to the tatra mountains and up the railway. It was vey hazy to start but it soon lifted and we had some stunning views. We had plenty of of time to do what we wanted. We had something to eat then went down to Zakopane. We wandered around and had a lovely time. We were then picked up an went to the spa baths to end the day with a bit of relaxation. The baths were amazing. We were then picked up and taken back to our hotel. The whole day was wonderful. The guide was lovely.

We went today to the Mountains and Zakopane with Norbert. Booked with Hello Crakow before that’s why we returned. Great day, great communication Pick up and drop off is a bonus Very informative Highly recommend this day (We didn’t do the thermal baths) 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
