Following pickup from your hotel in Krakow, journey into the Tatra Mountains to experience the pristine nature of the highest mountain range in Poland. Get breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains on the way to Krupowki Street, Zakopane's commercial heart with lots of shops and restaurants serving local cuisine. Ride the cable car to take in breathtaking views. Breathe the fresh air as you explore the village of Chochołów. View the old-fashioned wooden houses as you walk through the village. Visit a Bacówka (Shepard's hut) to sample some salty oscypek cheese. Have the chance to purchase lunch at a traditional restaurant. Peruse local art at a unique folk sculpture studio. Use the water slide, enjoy the beautiful mountain views, go for a dip in the water of hot springs and cold pools.

Hello, I would like to provide some feedback regarding our trip! We had Max as our guide and can I just say he was absolutely fantastic and a credit to the company! Max was friendly and polite from the very start, was so informative and took really good care of us. He made the trip to Zakopane very special

The whole day was well planned and communication before trip was excellent. The drive to Zakopane and the stops on the way were both lovely and required. Zakopane was breathtaking with the views after leaving the train. The market was good and there were plenty of places to eat and drink. The thermal baths were lovely but very busy (it was Saturday) it was also the local swimming pool. The price of the trip overall was good, it included travel, train and thermal bath tickets. Would highly recommend for the scenery and Zakopane.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Hello Cracow. We initially booked Auschwitz through Viator and the company was Hello Cracow. Instantly we had communication via WhatsApp, lots of reassurance that we definitely have tickets and would not be standing in a queue at 3am. Firstly this trip was so well organised genuinely great! They offered to arrange a taxi pick up and drop off which we agreed to do. We had issues with our flight due to the fog, back and forth between what airport we’d be landing at and we were significantly delayed into early hours of the morning however the assigned driver came to collect us from the airport even though he was not meant to be working just so that we got to our apartment safely. They also offered numerous trips through their company and we chose to book Zakopane tour. This again was unbelievable, the whole experience was so laid back, everything was organised for us we didn’t have to do anything other than be ready for the pick up time (bonus that the tour guide/driver was the same one who picked us up from the airport). Overall the communication from this company was perfect. Everything had been sorted and communicated to us at least 24 hours before the day of the trip. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

Now I will start with this, this is a tourist spot more than anything and it is very busy during the winter period! Saying that I had a great time going into the mountains and the view was breathtaking, Max who took us was nice and great at explaining all the information that comes within that area. You must try the thermal spa as it really did feel nice after the end of the day! Definitely do suggest doing it if you are here for more than 3 days.

A brilliant tour, Zakopane is beautiful and we had a fantastic view of the Tatra mountains. We would definitely stay there in a house that Thomas our guide rents out.

Very nice experience, very well organized, the guide (Artur) was great and told us about history background which was great (I love history). Zakopane was extremely, extremely crowded. I you want to use the funicular, come here very, very early.

We booked this trip for us and our two daughter's (17 & 19yrs). The whole day was wonderful, our guide (Brad Pitt 🤣) was brilliant, he talked us through everything and was really knowledgeable on both the history and local information. The day itself was really well organised, our first stop at the mountain hut was nice and the cheese is absolutely superb, we enjoyed our time in Zakopane however the thermal baths was the highlight for all of us, this place is fabulous with so many different pools and areas. We have used hello cracow before for other trips and I don't think we would use any other company they are great and very very reliable, they keep you well informed before the trip and are very helpful so I highly recommend.

I'd like to thank Lukasz Max for taking care of us & being excellent company all throughout the trip. He's a born & bred Krakowian, very passionate about helping you discover Małopolskie's culture and history. He also knows the best food outlets for after the trip. I wouldn't mind booking another trip with the company if he drives us around again.
