Your friendly guide and the driver will pick up at your Shanghai hotel, travel by comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to Zhujiajiao, one of the best-preserved ancient water towns near the city. Upon arrival, follow your guide to explore Zhujiajiao’s old narrow alleyways, lively water markets, historical landmarks along with the charming traditional Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture, learn the interesting custom and culture from your knowledgeable guide. Take a break to savor a delightful lunch at the authentical restaurant. In the afternoon, continue the tour to a local farm and have some great fun exploring the farm and enjoy a happily fruit picking experience and treat yourself with the juicy and yummy fruits picked by yourself. Current seasonal fruits or vegetable available for picking such as strawberries, cherry, peaches, pears, grapes, dragon fruits, cherries etc. After an enjoyable day, you will be transferred back to your Shanghai hotel.

5.00We had a great day with Sunny and our driver despite the bad weather. Sunny speaks excellent English and communication was also excellent prior to the tour. She was very informative and had a delightful personality. We arrived at the water village before the crowds and had it almost to ourselves. A private tour is a lot more intimate. The farm visit was fun. We picked strawberries! Highly recommend Sunny and they picked us up at the port which was a bonus we paid extra for but totally worth it.

5.00We visited the water towns and then the organic farms with Sunny. The whole day was magical. The water towns are a must see - other world experience. their own little Venice steeped in history and full of cultural snippets and tastes. Travelling to the farm was on its own a great way to see the country. The farm was amazing- full of different plants and animals. We picked the most delicious strawberries which my children loved and sa how lots of other fruits and vegetables grow. It was a fantastic day out from the city experience of Shanghai
