  This was an AMAZING experience! I am a solo traveler and heavily debated doing a hike on my own or booking a tour, and I am SO happy I decided to book with sundial!! The experience was priceless with all of the permits already attained, the plethora of information about the next section of the trail and the mountains and wildlife, the encouragement to get to the top, the photos taken of me, and the amazing company with Audrey, one of their guides. They’re a small company that’s really focused on quality and customer experience. Next time I’m back in Zion I will definitely book with them again!

  Guides of sundial were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the parks, giving fun facts and details about nature. In the difficult parts of the trails they were very reassuring and encouraging keeping us safe and motivated.

  We thoroughly enjoyed the hike! We booked 2 months in advance. Would highly recommend a tour guide. Melissa was our guide and she was excellent! She's informative and has a calming encouraging persona ! I was apprehensive regarding the height on the chains but she calmly encouraged me. She led the way on the trail and my husband and I followed. I didn't focus on the views ( or the height ) 😉 till the top! 😁Starting early is key . We met at 7:30 am. Beat the rush and the temps were pleasant. If considering the climb it's a must do !! Once again would highly recommend Melissa as your tour guide. 👏 👌

• Stunning Angels Landing hike with super guide Becca!

  Angels Landing was a great hike to do in Zion and Becca, our guide was the best. She was the most accommodating, fun and supportive hike/tour guide we've had in a long time. She was super engaging sharing a lot of interesting factoids about Zion and how it was formed. She has been the most helpful to my sister, who was able to conquer her fear of heights! She didn't want to continue to the next portion of the hike where the chains where, but Becca, without being forceful, was able to get her all the way to the top at a pace that was manageable for my sister. :) She was very pleasant and so accommodating - taking all the pictures we want! I would encourage everyone to do the Angels Landing hike (weather permitting). We were lucky to have a very good weather, but more than anything, to have a SUPER GUIDE in Becca! :)

  We booked our trip to Angels Landing and spent a half day with our guide Andrew. We had the best time! Andrew was fun, kept us safe and gave us a great amount of detail on the park, its main landmarks and history! He kept us moving at a good pace and allowed for enough stops to take photos! He is also an avid photographer and took some fantastic images of us hiking! We highly recommend to book your trip with Andrew!!

  Mike was an excellent guide…..friendly, knowledgeable, made me feel safe and confident during the hike. Accommodated my needs to be done at a specific time by meeting earlier than planned. Overall, extremely happy to have had this experience. The views are stunning and ability to do so with the guide was reassuring.

  We had a great experience on the Angels Landing hike with our guide, Mike. He reached out to us 2 days in advance to help with planning. He was very knowledgable about the hike itself and other park sites. Mike has a great personality and was very easy to talk to throughout the entire hike. We never felt rushed but still did the hike in great time (3.5 hours). He was very understanding of our different desires and comfort levels for the hike (my wife did not end up making it all the way to the top). He took pictures of us along the way. We had quite a few laughs and enjoyed his stories. We HIGHLY recommend Mike with Sundial Guides!

  Our guide Andrew took us through a perfect Narrows experience. He correctly identified our skill levels and guided us flawlessly. His knowledge of geology, area history, and the terrain were highlights of the hike. Also, he took some amazing photos, which was a definite plus! A 5-STAR experience the whole way!!
