This was a terrible tour. The problem stems from the nature of the tour, which Through Eternity could control, to the crowds in the Vatican Museum on to the structure of the Sistine Chapel which Eternity Tours cannot control. The Vatican Museum is vast and there are important works of art that many people want to see. The Vatican Museum is more than Michelangelo and the Sistine Chapel. Participants in the tour should be give some choice. If we had to do it over we would eliminate the Chapel and focus on the rest of the museum. The tour guide, spent too much time talking about Michelangelo and therefore we had not time to see Green or Roman art or other great painters from the Renaissance. The goal was the Chapel. The Chapel's ceiling to too high and it it near impossible to distinguish Noah from Snoopy. The crowds are terrible and security is heavy handed. I don't like being treated as cattle lead to the slaughter. I would not report this tour.
