We cruise in a small group in a relaxed, social setting —you step on board as a guest and leave feeling like a local. Sit back, enjoy, and take in the city at an easy pace.
Instead of following a fixed route with standard commentary, we let the day and the group guide the experience. The captain is your host and guide in one, sharing stories and local insights that help you truly understand Amsterdam.
All cruises are 90 minutes. Departures on the historic Jonckvrouw sail at 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00 pm, with additional half‑hour departures on the iconic James Bond boat at 12:30, 2:30, 4:30, 6:30, and 8:30 pm.
Both boats are fully electric, comfortable in all seasons, and equipped with sliding glass windows, a sunroof, an open aft deck, and a toilet on board (a rare luxury!).

5.00We had captain Dave himself. He was a delightful mix of providing information about Amsterdam, being funny, and being engaging just talking about his life and his family’s life. He was warm, entertaining, and personable. He clearly enjoys giving tours and talking with people. He also provided information in a natural way and was interested to make the experience unique. The cruise itself was relaxing and fun. The small group environment was great too. He provided snacks. He answered all our questions and engaged us on a wide variety of topics. The boat was comfortable with interesting history. Our group with three adults and two teens had a wonderful time! It was comfortable with the windows down. When it started to drizzle and we closed the windows up it remained comfortable. We highly recommend.

5.00Dave wasn't on our boat that day — a woman was filling in, and honestly she was a star. Knowledgeable, warm, funny, and clearly in her element on the water. She pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own and kept the whole boat engaged the entire time. The canal cruise itself was beautiful — the perfect way to see Amsterdam from a different angle — but she's the reason this is a 5-star review and not just a nice boat ride. Whatever her name is, she deserves the credit. Highly recommend. Book it.

5.00It was a great experience with Okke, who was super friendly and welcoming. It was much more than a regular 90-minute boat tour. We had drinks and little snacks, which created a great atmosphere, and we really appreciated the guided tour. We had some fun moments, and since we were only three passengers, it felt very intimate. We also had the pleasure of seeing the city from another perspective and learning many interesting facts. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially if you are traveling solo and want to talk with a local to get direct insights and recommendations about the city.
