5.00We loved this tour with Alistair. He told fascinating stories about the castle and Scottish history. The tour flew by and even our girls (ages 10 and 13) were entertained the whole time. We were a couple of minutes late but he called and sent a message to make sure we knew how to get there. Can't recommend this one enough!

5.00Alastair was an excellent guide providing interesting historical Scottish facts beyond just what you see at the castle. He was also personable, friendly and conscientious of everyone in the group. The length was perfect hitting the canon at 1pm then going out for more sight seeing following. I would highly recommend Alastair, a true Edinburgh Scotsman!

5.00Touring the castle with Alistair was excellent! He was so friendy and knowledgable about the castle. I would highly recommend doing this as opposed to doing it yourself with the audio guides they provide.
