Your adventure begins with an early hotel pickup in Zanzibar, followed by a scenic domestic flight to Mikumi National Park, home to the vast Mkata Floodplain, often compared to the Serengeti. Upon landing at Kikoboga Airstrip, your professional driver-guide will welcome you and outline the day. 5.00We booked the tour through Haji because he is from Zanzibar and speaks German very well. He planned and organized everything down to the smallest detail. For us, it was completely relaxing. It was our absolute highlight. We had a private tour guide (Jakob) who also spoke German. After he asked us what animals we would like to see the most, we were off. It was phenomenal to see lions up close, giraffes, zebras, hippos, water buffalo, monkeys, elephants, and much more. The lunch at the lodge was also super delicious and had a great view of the wildlife! Thank you very much for this dreamlike experience. Many thanks also to our jeep driver, for whom no road was too tedious or too difficult.👏👏 We can only recommend Haji with a clear conscience; he is reliable, helpful, answers every question, and is extremely dependable.😍😍

5.00Last week my husband and I went on a safari in Mikumi. We were amazed by what we saw, the animals in their wild habitat are simply unreal, everyone should see this miracle. It's one thing to see a lion in a zoo, but it's quite another to look for it in the wild. Special thanks to our driver Arestides and Mapunda for showing us this beauty, touring the entire Mikumi and seeing all the animals. Thank you for the atmosphere and a very responsible attitude to work! We will definitely be back next year!
