1.00Worst experience ever. Booked flights and hotels just for the tour operator not to show up. Definitely very discouraged to book with Viator again because they confirm bookings without connecting with the actual tour operator. Then they make you wait until the operator doesn’t show up before they begin to process your refund. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

5.00Very positive surprise. All went smoothly from morning pick up to the delta and back to hotel..guides were friendly, did their best to keep us safe from the wild animals. Lunch was good. Truly amazing experience and service
